While we received quick care, I feel like there were other things to be done. He was swabbed and tested for Flu and Covid. Both of which were negative. Upon physical examination, his throat was red. He was not tested for strep. We were released with follow up instructions, if needed. Today, I had to pick him up from school and take him to his pediatrician. He was tested for strep and was positive. He could have already been on antibiotics for 2 full days and feeling better, but I now have had to take him to another Dr appointment and he has continued to feel cruddy for 2 additional days. I appreciate the staff and their hard work, I just feel this was a simple step that could have been done the day of the visit.

The question about hand hygiene, they may or may not have washed hands or sanitized hands before entering the exam room. But no hand hygiene or gloves while in room with me !

The care of the facility was adequate. The woman Kendall of redemption is extremely rude, disrespectful and cold, eating behind the desk, not having her shoes on with no name tag., reception is not her calling

I wouldn't change a thing. I was cared for very well

Once I realized I didn't need stitches the nurse told me that I needed to wait for the Dr to make that decision. While I'm no medical professional, I most definitely know when I do not need stitches. Also, what was provided to bandage the affected area was highly insufficient and even more highly over priced. I will not return to this facility.

The dr. Didn't really do anything except ask me some questions. I come in because I thought I may have whats called heat hives. She asked a few questions and that's about it. Dr. Didn't even look at the hives. She just said it could be this or this or that etc. Again, Didn't even look at them or really try to figure out why I had them. I even asked before it was over do you think it could be from the heat because I work outside in the sun all day and she just said it could be from anything. I paid a $30 copay just to walk in and walk right back out with no answers. I do feel that my $30 should be refunded because I feel it was not worth my visit and didn't even look at the hives to see what it may be. I will definitely not come back here.

The only thing that I did not really be satisfied about was they didn't check their phone. I had a little problem. I had to wait all day before they called me back. It was pretty serious and I didn't get a phone call back until later in the evening. They just don't check their their phones, their call back ends as often as they should because I called three or four times and left a pretty serious message. And I called early morning and it was like four or five before I got a call back. The lady was nice, very sweet. The doctor was very kind and she did help in the end, but I just think they could have call me back because I could have over I could have took medicine.

When I showed up to Baptist Easley one door was locked. At the other, a woman at a desk inside told my husband to take me across the street. That she couldn't help me, which I believe is against the law. Once we got to the quick care every thing was quick and easy. However when I looked at my after visit summary all it said for my symptoms was that I had a headache when I told both the nurse and Anna that I had chills, fever in addition to the headache. She diagnosed me with a sinus infection but what I have is cellulitis. If she had been more curious she could have asked about my history of cellulitis. I might not have been at my best but husband and son could have answered those questions as well. Overall, the antibiotics prescribed helped with the cellulitis and for that I'm thankful.

From checkin, to the nurse, to the provider that saw may daughter I am greatfull for them. I take both my daughters to fleetwood urgent care and we are ALWAYS treated well . I will always go to them for emergencies. They are ALL wonderful people
