    Please get back with me in a suitable time if I call and leave a message on voicemail. I do not have my chart. So please get back with me about my prescription and about my doctor's messages. I hardly ever get a call back, so please, in a timely manner. So please get back with me. Dr. Jammula also said that I could get worked in if I needed to on her schedule. So that needs to be done.
