Staff here were very kind and helpful

My appointment was at 8 AM. I arrived at 7:50 and the door was locked. No one came to the door so I waited a couple of minutes before knocking. The person manning the registration desk came and open the door and told me that they were not open yet. I entered anyway, telling her that my appointment was at 8 AM. A few moments later, another staff member used her key to enter the suite. I stated that they might want to consider unlocking the door. A few moments later, someone else attempted to enter the suite and could not so I open the door. It was another patient. She presented to the registration desk and they told her they weren't open yet. I stated that if I were to arrive late, they would charge me, but I'm arriving early and they won't let me in. The other registration clerk stated that this keeping the door locked was there Policy.. I do not agree with this policy, at a minimum I believe they should open the door at 7:45 for people with 8 o'clock appointments. It did not give me or the other patient a good impression. She thought the policy was unreasonable as well. There were plenty of people in the suite preparing to for the day's patients, so it should not have been a security issue. It was more of a security issue for us to have to stand outside of the suite waiting for the door to be unlocked. I would appreciate feedback concerning this issue. Thank you.

The Dr was wonderful. Excellent. Calling the office and getting through to a person was difficult. More emphasis is needed on hiring people to answer the phone.

I was very happy with my visit.

I needed oxygen finding it hard to breathe.

Dr Iriza listened carefully to me and in that way may have come up with a solution not offered by other physicians. I was very pleased with his knowledge, understanding, and manner.

I had excellent care. Everyone at every stage was professional yet friendly, and helpful. Dr. Iriza is amazing and I am very thankful to have him! His very attentive and realizes the seriousness of my health issues and takes them actually if nothing else even more seriously than I do. He is truly the best and I am truly thankful to have him as my doctor Because he has given better health that is allowed a more active lifestyle for me.

A call placed several weeks ago during an asthma attack was answered by someone who offered no help. She said Dr Iriza would be out of the office for the next 2 weeks and no one could see me. Dr iriza was disturbed by this and gave instructions as to what to do if this ever happened again.

I am satisfied with this practice. Dr Iriza always goes that extra step to help patient.

I did leave a voice message and I want to call back. But one way to help with that is to actually listen when I'm giving like concerns about what's wrong and not go based off of what I look like. I was told that I look fine or well or whatever when I was telling them what my concerns were and how I wasn't feeling well. If you weren't able to handle that, which is fine, instead of telling me to do the same thing that I've been already doing, you could just refer me to like an ENT if possible or try to do more research. to help me feel more respected and like you're actually listening to me, just actually listen and don't make me feel like you're talking down to me, because that's how I felt at that appointment. Other than that, thank you.

There was no room for improvement. Dr Iriza listen to my problems and then shared evidence of my test results and what he would do sharing this info with my other physicians in hopes of solving the issues. This visit was very helpful in that I felt hopeful for the first time in months.

Everything was perfect!

The MyChart communications channels to the pulmonary doctors and staff are not functioning properly. I've left messages in the app for nurses and doctors only to find out during subsequent visits that the messages were never received. Apparently, the same is true with phone messages.

My visit to Dr. Iriza has been truly life changing for me. I was reaching a very low point in my life because of my breathing problems but I am now looking forward to a new lease of life. Dr. Iriza answered my questions and explained clearly my way forward .I only wish I had been referred to him much earlier. Thank you.

This was the best lung doctor ever. The whole team was excellent. There's nothing that actually you need to do. I look forward to continuing my care with them. I feel confident. I trust them. And they were well respectful. And I appreciate them.
