From walking in the front door until leaving this was the hands down best office I've been to. Greeter, nurse and DR Cross was amazing. No changing needed

I appreciate Dr. Cross and his kindness thoroughness of what he did. I wish I could have had a better understanding of how my difficulty with my hand wrist area came about and what I could expect with the treatments I'm getting TimeWise. Yesterday I carefully tried to help load something into the car that really aggravated my hand again but in a whole different way. Therefore, I wish I could understand how this all works together. Again, I appreciate the help I got yesterday from Dr. Cross and I'm not wanting to be critical with what he did outside of more education of what is happening.

Offer sooner appointments. I was on a waitlist, which helped me get in sooner but otherwise my wait as a new patient was almost 3 months. This is unacceptable.

ALL of the Prisma doctors I see are attached to this type of survey. If I don't fill it out almost immediately, Prisma calls at supper/dinner time and requests an oral response. I CANNOT STRESS STRONGLY ENOUGH HOW ANNOYING IT IS TO BE INTERRUPTED WHILE I AM PREPARING OR EATING SUPPER. This is a problem with Prisma in general and not with one specific practice or doctor. It needs to be corrected at the management level.

The nurse and doctors were very nice and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the pre registration and the wait time before I saw the doctors. Overall a pleasant experience.

I have a $25.00 copay but the computer didn't show anything on it so I couldn't pay it. I use cash and checks for payments and a lot of offices expect a credit card payment. Please mail my bill to me for payment.

The receptionist was very helpful because I got to my appointment 1 hour before I needed to and she was very understanding and got me seen soon. She was very friendly and helpful. I needed the first appointment with a hand specialist more quickly than I got it. Part of that may be because I preferred going to the Easley office.

Perfect care given

The doctor said he couldn't do anything about the metal in my hand and if I have to get another mri to let them know and take some ibuprofen if it gets swollen. He said there was nothing else he could say.

Dr Cross has worked on my hands several times over the past 5 years. Very good results and good history with him and the hand center. No concerns.

Things have been amazing during my time as a patient of Dr. Cross both in Easley and Greenville. I am utterly amazed at how fast things are moving in the treatment of carpal tunnel on both my hands.

Dr. Cross is a wonderful orthopedist. I feel like he gave good care, but I will and always will have resentment that the Henn Center did not give me an initial appointment as quick as I felt I needed and as quick as the ER doctor had said that I should get an appointment. It has been, quote, investigated. And the verdict was that they followed procedures and policies. My comment is that when your procedures and policies prevent you from giving good customer care, then there's a problem and it needs to be corrected.

Appt was at 8 and I was asked to arrive at 745. The doors were locked until 752. Happy to come early, but please be consistent with opening time. Great experience otherwise.

PA great. Very professional showed concern. Loved her demeaner. The Doctor on the other hand appeared to be either coming or going as he was suited up in his suit, medicine in hand and aside from asking a few questions and having me do a few hand gestures had very little to say. Although his bedside manner isn't what I'm interested in,maybe not making the patient feel rushed. would help.

There was nothing . I was so relived Doctor Cross is who was going to handle my surgery because some of my Friends told me he was their Physician and how good he was and I valued their opinion. Also he was very caring and explained everything.

Visit was very good, receptionist was very helpful and friendly, nurse was very friendly, obtained needed information and after seeing doctor she provided information about surgery, schedule, procedures, what to expect, etc. Doctor checked me, obtained information, explained various options. Surgery was only real option (I already knew that). Appointment was on Thursday am and he scheduled surgery 4 days later on Monday pm. I am not sure how you can improve on any of that. I was impressed and very pleased with my visit.

Nothing like finding out the treatment is steroids or surgery I guess I expected possible therapy things like that.

I need surgery, but it has been put off for 5 months.

I saw a nurse practitioner in the beginning, and then once I had ultrasound, Dr. Andrew came in with another plan, I guess, as we ended up drawing the fluid out. But the nurse practitioner never came back to, and maybe it wasn't necessary, I don't know. But I just think if I'm going to see one and then another one comes in, maybe the two of them should have been in the room when we made the initial decision or to decide if there was another plan of action to, because right now it's already filling back up with fluid. So, yeah, I don't know. Sorry to have bothered you. Thank you.

There is nothing you can do better. The ladies in the front office greeted us with a smile. The nurses, PA, and Dr Cross were wonderful. I got to my appointment 40 minutes early and they took me right away. They are the best!!

Not a single thing that I can think of. This was one of best doctors office experiences I've had. We were able to get an appointment much quicker than at the office our urgent care Dr recommended. And when we arrived, the entire staff was helpful, courteous, and seemed like they were truly happy to be there. Dr. Cross was thorough and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him!

I was extremely disappointed in the burdensome multistep administrative process to make an appointment. I was not able to see a doctor until 10 days after my injury. I discussed this with Dr Cross and later with the administrative office manager. Dr Cross was sympathetic to my issues and concerns. The administrative manager was polite but defended the current procedures. Although I am sure the doctors are great, it will be difficult for me to recommend this practice to others.

We talked about a possible surgery to my hand. Hopefully there will be notes on MyChart regarding the options from the doctor. As I get older, I can't remember everything the doctor says in the office, so it is helpful to have it all spelled out in notes from the doctor in MyChart that I can refer to.

Increase hour available in the hand clinic in Easley,SC office. I had to wait 4 months for an appt. with Dr. Cross.

Offer suggestions besides Tylenol, etc., that might help minimize the pain and reduce irritating the joint. ie Try to avoid doing XVY and/or try doing XYZ. Unfortunately I didn't think to ask at the time. Otherwise the doctor and the staff was very nice and professional!

The Dr was in and out, spoke and gave me the injection in less than 2 minutes. It was like he couldn't get the visit over with fast enough. I felt very rushed, and unimportant.
