Dr. Andrew McGown provided exceptional care during my visit for my knee concerns. He took the time to listen carefully, explained my X-rays and symptoms in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I appreciated his attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine concern for helping me find relief and improve my mobility. His thorough evaluation and caring approach made me feel heard and supported throughout the appointment. The online check in is much to long for established patients. Which is why I do not do the online check in.

The wait time to see the doctor has greatly improved. The facilities are beautiful and clean. Security persons are evident and make you feel safe entering and exiting the building. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the building.

This was one of the best medical appointments I have ever experience. I have no suggestions for improvement.

This was a first visit with Dr. There was no specific address/comments or review of my PT report or exercises being done; did comment he could give me some exercise material but it would probably be what I was already doing, but we had not talked about what I was doing (no info was given). No discussion of "dos/don'ts", activity good for/bad for, etc. Dialogue was somewhat limited/rushed. Knowledgeable in his specialty but seemed not yet relevant to my situation.

I cannot think of anything that the staff , nurses, or Doctor could have done better. They were all great!!!

I always feel comfortable and respected by Dr Andrew McGown and all his associates. Dr. McGown is very competent, caring and also always cheerful and upbeat. His team is also very helpful, caring and kind.

Do more to absolutely ensure that I don't have to listen to someone else cell phone in the waiting room. Put signs everywhere that you MUST use headphones or silence your phone. Impose a fine if necessary.

I don't need to be stopped downstairs to register and then have to register again when I get to orthopedics. DUH!

I'm usually seen within minutes of the appt time. On this visit I wasn't called for 40 minutes past the time. I knew that the doctor was going to give me a knee shot, but sometimes, the visit feels rushed, not much time for questions. But, I get them in !

Due to allergies and scent sensitivities, please ask staff not wear fragrances. The medical assistant who roomed us was wearing a lot of perfume. It's my experience that medical offices and teams remain fragrance free for the comfort of patients and other staff.

Dr McGown is such a great doctor. His bed side manners are out of this world!! I'm so glad I can call him my doctor.

If this group won't schedule for 5 minute visits! There is no way to have a conversation with the providers. Walks in says hi, puts on gloves gets the syringe, gives shot sticks on the bandaids and says see ya next time!

Dr. Mcgown is an excellent doctor. He already provided compassionate care, and he listens really well and he understands my problem. I give him an A plus plus.

I don't like having to check in twice. Once on the ground floor and again on the 2nd floor. One check in should be enough.

Because told the nurse I had too over veins in my right arm she started the prices anyways. She got sorting irritated because I said I had too over veins but she really did not listen to me.

Dr. McGown and the attending staff did a great job in carrying out the exam and answering questions. They provided additional information about options for treatment of my knee and they assisted me in arranging for an examination of my hand by a specialist. Great team.

I trust Dr. McGown implicitly but on this particular appointment he and his nurse seemed to have a preconceived idea of why I was there (injections) and did not really ask about my specific complaint or take time to listen to why I was really there. Nor did they really address The message I had sent on my chart over the weekend, and it was never answered. This is not typical; but I do wish he would take a little more time to listen and not talk. Also, several of the staff seem to be wearing cologne/perfume. Since patients are asked not to even come to the office with scented lotion I find this a bit offensive, especially during this allergy season. This issue should be addressed. Third, I asked both my office and the front desk about the possibility of being picked up out front by a wheelchair and was told this could not be done, that I should have someone come with me. This definitely needs to be addressed, especially at an orthopedic facility. I find this request to be normal, and I find the whack of wheelchair assistance to be ridiculous at a modern new facility.

Make sure you do not drop the ball with the request from my insurance company . I waited 3 months to get a Gel shot in my knee only to go and was told the paper work was not submitted to my insurance for approval . I was very upset. I wasted a day . And now I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks in pain and missing work due to the pain in my knee. I can barely walk . I was very disappointed . I asked for a handicap sticker request for the DMV and was told I was not there yet to need a handicap sticker .

Everything was good. I could find somebody closer to where I live to go to, but I really like Dr. McGown because he always tries to put me at ease when he's going an injection.

My care was executed with extreme excellence and could not possibly have been better. From the support staff on to the Doctor I was treated with excellence.

I understand this is a new facility and you are working the straighten out the wrinkles. We encounter a delay in checking in on the second floor, I was not sure why the delay was but it made our appointment late for about 30 minutes.

When Dr. McGown said he will order x-rays while I was there why couldn't I have gone to x-rays the same day while I was there which was down the hall. Don't understand that and I payed another $45.00 twice.

I had to wait for 45 minutes for the appointment - the nurse said that maybe they lost my name. I had to check in twice - once in the lobby and again on the floor where the doctor is. This never happened in the previous location. I also don't like that they have moved so far away from downtown now.

Because whatever it would have been, it would have been most definitely. If I hit the wrong key, I'm sorry. Because Dr. McGown and his staff are great. I was referred to him by a relative and he's been everything they said he was. Very courteous, makes you feel at home, concerned about your health, and if it's not working, he's willing to do something about it, to let you see somebody else or tell you what your pros and cons are. He is an excellent doctor and I like his staff. They come in with a pleasant attitude. Everybody's really nice. But I think I hit the wrong button on number one. So please change that to most definitely because it went off before I could hit it and I hit one and I think I hit the wrong number on that one. Thank you so much. I appreciate the staff there and they're what all y'all do for us.

I like the physician, but when you complete the health questionnaire no one reviews with you your answers. It took more time with the check in registration process than with the the time spent with the physician.
