Don't be rude on the phone while scheduling appointment... I don't know who called me to schedule my anatomy scan but she was very rude and sounded annoyed I even asked if there was an appointment the next week after she called. Remember, I didn't make the mess up when scheduling so do not take it out on me. Take it up with your colleagues at Park Ridge who scheduled it wrong and made you do extra work. So unprofessional & almost considered leaving the Prisma practice. You don't know what someone is going through or what someone is dealing with so treat everyone with the same respect you'd treat your great grandmother or father with.

I am almost 6 months pregnant, and this lady said something about type two diabetes and added it to my chart and I was never diagnosed with anything like that. yes, I am morbidly obese however, I do not have that. It's no offense against her, but that seriously threw me off because I have already heard a lot of bad things about this facility. And also seeing stuff like that could cause anxiety and someone who is pregnant. This is my first pregnancy so people should be careful about the bedside manner that they are giving. Besides that I've had other encounters that weren't so great with the scheduling department and then not understanding what's going on.

The doctor and all the staff were phenomenal! I really like this place! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
