The doctor explained my foot condition with great knowledge and treatment options.

Great visit

Dr. Steiner was very solicitous when he realized I needed help walking. He was a doctor and gentleman. I trust him and his staff implicity.

The x-ray technician should have respected my concern about my inability to stand without ankle braces or a boot. If she had I probably would not have fallen. Immediately following the fall I did not hurt but I am currently in a lot of discomfort in my knees ankles and risk. This situation is very troubling and unfortunate. When patience share that they have not yet done steps it should be heard. I will note however that I did share with her that I was willing to take a chance to Stand and she offered her assistance. In retrospect that was not a good decision...

This appointment was. better this time because the doctor wasn't having to answer the phone because he was on call.A doctor shouldn't be on call when he or she is in clinic.
