The care was exceptional

I can't think of any way that my appointment could have been improved. Everyone was great, so respectful, so helpful and friendly, and Dr. Dicks is absolutely wonderful. I feel so fortunate to have him for my physician for the issues I'm having. He is very respectful, caring, he's a good listener, he explains things well, and he really makes you feel part of your treatment plan. I just think he is absolutely the finest physician around that there is. So if I could rate him on a scale of one to ten, I would give him a ten plus plus. He's just that great.

I cannot think of any improvements as everything went very well for me. Dr. Dicks is a wonderful physician. He is very kind, caring, and and excellent listener. He also explains things very well and answers questions thoroughly and with great care to make sure that patients understand the discussion. Additionally, he is very good about working with me to work out a plan together for my ongoing care. I cannot say enough about him. He is patient, caring, and treats patients with great respect and dignity.

Dr. Dicks was perfect so no complaints with him. My only complaint is forcing technology on older people--online check in! Got a past due bill for a prior hospitalization with nothing but an email bill! We seniors want an itemized bill with statement. I requested and got it and paid it. Can't say enough good about Dr. Dicks!

I cannot think of any improvements that could be made. Everything went very well. All the staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Dr Dicks is wonderful. He is a great listener, explains things well, answers questions well, and willingly shares options with me so we can make a joint decision about my care. He never makes me feel rushed and has a genuinely warm and caring personality. He is a wonderful physician in every way and I can't speak highly enough about him. I feel very fortunately to have him as my physician. I often recommend him to others.
