The nurse and Dr Bryan both were great. Dr Bryan changed my medication to see if it would be better on my body than what I was taking. They both were professional and courteous. They listened to my concerns. I was treated with respect and it was a very good appointment.

This was my first time seeing Dr Bryan due to the retirement of my previous Dr. Afterwards I felt like I am with my Forever Dr now. Dr Bryan took the time to review my last year of medical crisis and was completely up to date on my medical history before visit. I was very impressed, humbled, and thankful. Not having to repeat the medical crisis issues was a blessing. She listened intently to my current concerns and even set testing at this 1st visit. Which has been rare in my case. I am completely at ease knowing Dr Bryan is as concerned about my health as I am.

The scheduler didn't introduce himself. He didn't tell me what doctor will be doing my surgery. He just told me the info was on a handout he was giving me, but it wasn't.

I felt the visit was a little rushed, I know the doctors are busy and have many people to see, but I'd like to spend a little extra time with my doctor.

The checkout individual gave me a six-month window and said, we'll send you a letter. And when I asked the question about it, she was somewhat rude and hoppy. And that's about the only thing I could say that I would like to see changed.

Actually the office visit was fine. Dr. Bryan is doing further testing to complete my office visit. I am pleased since it was my first visit.

My appointment was at 8:30. I had already entered all my info online. The day before my appointment I received an email saying I should be there by 8:00. I complied. When I arrived at 8:00 I was told I didn't need to be there that early. ( that happened both times I went to that office) I showed the email to the sweet lady at the front desk and she agreed that it was a mistake.

Dr. Bryan was good as always and very informative. But someone needs to clean the front entrance door at the Easley office - it's really dirty.

My feedback, they could have gave me a little bit more information about this hard thing they were going to give me, but as far as that, I'm satisfied with what they did for me and what they told me, and I appreciate it.

The receptionist desk, as I was leaving, they should have been more thorough for my referral. They never gave me the referral. They kept telling me to go to another office. They should have been a little bit more specific because I worked in healthcare and you don't, when a patient comes in, the doctor who's doing the referral is supposed to give the patient the referral in their hand. That was never done. And they kept insisting, no, we don't give you anything. You got to go to the office on your own, which is not right. Otherwise, the facility was good. Everything was good. It's just that I felt that they should have been a little bit more specific in explaining that they were supposed to give me a referral. Otherwise, everything else was professional. Thank you.
