I'm not sure if the questions and answers that had transpired over the last few months were reviewed or placed in the notes for the doctor. So that would be the top improvement I could suggest. I had to remind her that we had already tried the first treatment she wanted to give me. I was also surprised that even though I asked about side effects for the prescription of Singulair that my recent medical history of depression and suicidal ideation was not discussed with me. I do hope that I don't feel anything from this medication other than relief for a cough that I've had for the last seven months as was the answer when I asked about potential side effects. That would be my second recommendation for support. I did report during the visit that I feel so much like myself again thanks to the prescriptions for depression, insomnia, and suicidal ideation I had at the beginning of the year and end of 2024. The medical team has been excellent to help give me support this year. I've never had this diagnosis or mental health challenges.

If there is no one at the main desk, have a sign or something. The girl available was around the corner. I stood at the main desk longer than I should have. I just walked around the corner looking for someone and stumbled on her. It was dark back there and she was quiet.

The student listened carefully and took notes, but it seemed that she had not told things to the doctor.

My experiences with IMA and Dr. Welcome have always been consistently thorough. She discusses all of my test results (from all of my doctors) so we understand the overall picture of my health. She has always encouraged me to ask questons during the visits. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Welcome as my PCP.

All three were perfect...no improvement necessary. Dr Welcome and her staff are, and always have been, very attentive to my health needs and are very timely in responding to MyChart messages. Love her and her office!

Have every office do things like IMA. I presented with some very scary symptoms and my evaluation was so well communicated. I had struggled for a couple of days to get my concerns addressed with another office and their useless pool nurses that I feel I was rescued by IMa and Dr Welcome

I have had the repeated experience that Prisma doctors spend as little as five minutes with the patient. What is the hurry? After a half hour of waiting and a year since our last appointment, this is not the kind of in depth care that they give the impression that they will be giving during the patient intake on the first day. There is no way anyone can help or truly care for a patient in such a rush.

Dr. Welcome is the BEST! So thankful for her care for us as our family physician!

We were led by a person from the waiting room to an inpatient room back to a waiting room to recovery but had a difficult time finding our way to the elevators to exit. It would have been nice for someone to guide us the last step because we were worn out from the day. The elderly need more direction.
