It was perfect!!!!

It seemed as though 4 patients were scheduled at the same time, 1pm. I realize this provides certain efficiencies for the physician (and the "business"). However, it imposes an inherent delay for some patients. I contend that this places undue pressure on the physician and nursing staff.

Dr. Stutz is GREAT!!!

Taking my blood pressure sitting and standing. Did not give me a number for which was which. Also took my blood pressure as soon as I arrived. I had to walk from the farthest back corner of the parking lot, sign in, go to restroom, just sat down, and my name was called. So got weighed, sat down for a minute, then got my blood pressure checked. Also, I was diagnosed with 2 more illnesses: DISH and Ataxia. Did not find out that my blood pressure was high until I received a call from a Care Nurse. Did not find out about the 2 new illnesses until I got home and read my "After Visit Summary."

We experienced a extreme long wait time in the treatment room. After 30 min we went outside and was advised she was running behind by having students. After another 20 min we left the room and was checking out at the main desk when her nurse came to get us , that she was now available. The total wait time was 50 min and it seems to have become the norm because our last visit was very lengthy. I understand having training for new student dr but the extra time should be revisited and possibly adjusted so that these wait times are reduced. Pls understand, it is not her but the workload she is working with in these training sessions. Pls feel free to contact me for further discussion if necessary

Length of time between visits for a condition I have dealing with for over 8 month with no resolution has not been acceptable. You can do better

We had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room- my husband wanted to keep leaving. Even if a nurse came in and said the Dr was still with a patient and will be in as soon as she's finished would've helped him stay calm .

I can't think of anything else that they didn't do everything they did was great. Dr Stutz really good doctor really appreciate her and thankful that she's there.

Getting appointments within 3 to 4 months

IDK. I Trust Dr. Stutz. She listened to me and acknowledge my input into my care. She took time with me and was not rushed.

Just keep being kind and honest and consistent with me and tell me what helps and what hurts. I appreciate the entire staff and the drs are amazing. Thank you!

I did not know and had never been told this was an a clinic with so many nurses, etc. it took a long time. However, it was a wonderful clinic, and I learned so much.

Not sure at this time. This is just beginning . At this time there are some uncertainties. I feel there is more than what is surfacing. I do feel there are a lot of underlying causes for my problems. I DO FEEL ITS MORE THAN JUST VITAMINS.

The provider could have been more personable and thorough since this was the first visit with her.

We spent a long time waiting for the dr to arrive. She was apologetic and we understood, because we did not feel she rushed us. I'm sure it's a hard balance meeting needs and meeting schedules.
