This provider treats osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis I have both issues I have difficulty communicating regarding both issues

The only issue I encountered was with the person at the front desk. I believe she must have been having a bad day. She was short and her tone was that of someone who did not want to be where she was.

I was very impressed and felt I was in excellent hands and hopeful for my new treatment.

No suggestions. Everything is great in this practice from Dr. Day down to the phlebotomists (the best around).

All my needs were perfectly taken care of. The next day I had to come back for labs, and that visit was the same. In and out in ten minutes. I have never experience this kind of service. Keep up the great job Prisma!!!!

The wait time was long - 45 minutes in exam room before doc came in. When a physician is running behind, frequent updates would be nice - every 10 or 15 minutes let patient know as specifically as possible what's going on (not "well it shouldn't be much longer") when to expect doc.

The woman at the registry, the first person I saw, seemed frustrated because I didn't understand her question in English; she appeared annoyed. She's rude and impatient.

Dr Day told me he is only alloted 30 minutes for any appointment. My biggest issue was how painful my right leg is. Treatment for that issue was not truly addressed due to lack of time

This was the most fulfilling experience I've had with a providers office in a long time. Everyone from front to back and checkout were amazing. I don't think they could possibly do a better job than they did.

We were kept waiting a long time. We arrived on time for our appointment, but then we were kept a long time waiting without any word from the receptionist as to how things were going and how long we would have to continue to wait.

I have nothing to add because I already trust Dr. Day completely. He is a wonderful doctor. And the staff and nurses are always friendly, welcoming and caring.

After I was called back, I sat in the Exam room for over 20 mins. The shades were up and the room was extremely hot. I closed the shades after about 15 mins. Dr. Day was excellent!

Dr. Day is a very professional, knowledgable, thorough physician who presents himself in a warm and friendly manner. His intelligence and knowledge of the medical situation exceeded my expectations. His office staff (two people- a receptionist and nurse who took vitals) however, did not match his level of professionalism. The front desk receptionist particularly seemed rude and disinterested in providing good customer/patient service. This doctor deserves a staff which matches his level of professionalism.

Love coming to see Dr Day. It's always a pleasurable experience. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I actually feel listened to when I see him.

I may have made a mistake on that last question. I was treated respectfully. It was a very good visit. The doctor was informed about my medical history, and everything was clean. It was a great visit. And I would recommend Dr. Alvin Day, and I would come back to the office again.

I would have preferred not to wait as long as I did. 40 minutes in the waiting, in the exam room, and then it was longer after that, but it was 40 minutes that I waited. Thank you.

I saw one of Dr. Day's associates/interns, not Dr. Day himself. This assessment reflects my ratings for her (I don't recall her name.)

No suggestions. Dr. Day is one of the best doctors I've ever had. When I visit he is totally engaged, has obviously reviewed my record ahead of time and knows what needs to be discussed, and delivers care with such compassion and kindness.

I never saw Dr. Day, I only saw the physician's assistant, so at least an introduction to Dr. Day would have been helpful, and I think most courteous, since that's who I was scheduled to see. Although his assistant was extremely nice and competent and capable, if I schedule an appointment with the doctor, I would prefer to at least have some interaction with that physician.

The office needs to answer their phone

Dr. Day and the staff were excellent. Really did not have any suggestions.

The problem was labcorp. Even after I requested a small needle if available, the employee was very curt and informed me they only have 1 size. After the stick and withdrawal, she put a gauze pad & peice of tape on the site. Blood filled the gauze pad immediately! No pressure was on the site, it continued to bleed out the sides and all around the gaze. Later when I was sure the bleeding stopped, I removed the pad and cleaned the area only to fine the skin is red/purple in an area the size of the gauze pad.

No improvement needed.

Excellent care

No improvements suggested. Everything was excellent including Dr. Day, the new PA, and the phlebotomist. Additionally, the registration/clerical staff is the best of all the Prisma docs' staffs I see.

My visit was thorough and I felt not only that the past visits had been well studied, but the proper follow-up questions were asked and answered.

the front seat lady who was training a new staff was rude!!!! the nursing staff and doctors were awesome, kind and knowledgeable but the front desk lady was the total opposite, the other two were nice just the ones I went to, scary part is she was training your new employee!!! not someone I would have training as it's a terrible representation of the amazing doctors behind her!

At least act like you're interested in helping get to root causes of illnesses. Hate going to see a doctor and they have the try to get you in and out attitude. Some people have been neglected health wise and so when doctors act like that it's discouraging to even seek help.

I think if you need to see the Doctor like emergency you shouldn't have to wait a whole month before he see you that's something that need to change i went to my Doctor but he said I need to see a rheumatologist.
