Everyone were professional from the time I walked in to the time I left my appointment. I just thank the Lord the Dr's Care Teams, surgeries, heart doctors, front desk, etc you get the point (lol) All staff of prisma health continue being the best version of yourselves!

I can't think of anything, only one thing I was told by not this office but told to lose a lot of weight before I could have the surgery, then I lose so much that I might not be able to have a breast reduction only a breast lift.

There was nothing I felt was lacking from staff. Everyone was present and aware of what was going on. Didn't see the first person on a cell phone or standing around gossiping with each other. Everyone appeared to be busy and it appeared to be a really well running extremely overly booked office.

Breast surgery patients should be given an extra support bra so that they can have a clean bra while washing the one soiled by any drainage. They should also be given ABD pads to use for dressing changes so that they do not have to go out to buy same while still taking narcotics for pain.

I don't know that you could, because I was well taken care of and all my questions were answered and I left feeling well informed.

There is absolutely nothing more they could have done. I am completely confident in the care i am given by PHPS. The staff is like family. They are THE BEST -top to bottom!

The only thing I didn't like is my follow up appointment what with the nurse practitioner. I would have liked to see the doctor that did the surgery to thank him for a job well done. I will mail him a thank you card.

Get all the other physician's offices to schedule and staff the way plastics does. No long waits, fast providers that don't make patients wait.

The visit lasted over an hour and half. Track patient arrival time, placed in room, dr/pa arrival, and finish time. Make adjustments to scheduling patterns. Patient's time is just as important as doctor's time
