OUTSTANDING, AWESOME AND SUPERB CARE!

When the nurse took my prescription information, I told her that most of my medications were to be sent to a CVS, but one was to go to a Kroger Pharmacy. However, later in the day, I received a notice from CVS that both scripts were sent to CVS. It seems that I'm going to have to make another few phone calls to get this straightened out.

Both nurse and doctor were courteous and treat me well. I was very pleased that the doctor knew my medical history even though it was my visit with the doctor. She listened to all my concerns. Please continue to hire and retain good talents to serve our community.

It is difficult to reach new patient PCP scheduling. I had to send request through MyChart. It would be harder if patient is brand new to Prisma with no MyChart account.

Dr Hamada is an excellent doctor. She alerts listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. We a blessed to have her as or doctor

I think everything went extremely well. I was a new patient, so of course it takes time to build a rapport, but I felt that the doctor did everything possible and listened carefully to my history. The nurse was also very professional, and I was very pleased with my care from both of them.

This was my first initial visit. I dont have any complaints. My doctor os learning my medical history. Working together, I am hopeful that I will continue to be pleased with future visits.
