I can't think of any way the care I was given could be improved.

Appointment went great

I don't believe there was any way that they could improve on what they did. They had a wonderful, welcoming person behind the glass. They had a wonderful nurse that came out to meet me and settle me into the waiting room, I mean into the exam room. And of course, Dr. Jackson is a pleasure. So yes, I was well taken care of and everything was fine. Thank you.

I felt the visit was superficial, the doctor seemed to be in a hurry, she did not open much space for further discussion.

The nurses and doctors all took time with me without rushing so I didn't feel like just another patient- that means so much, especially when you are having major surgery!
