This was a perfect visit. Most impressed with everything.

Happy with service overall

Only issue I had was finding the Suite. The building could be marked better.

I'm having trouble thinking of anything. Dr. Carbonell consulted with me about my procedure and the difficulties with the mesh area that are causing me a great deal of pain.

Visit was professional and respectful

Dr. Carbonell is a great physician and listens to his patients. He strives to be the best and hits the target. His staff does a wonderful job as well.

None it was a good experience Dr Carbonell was very attentive and described my condition to where it was clearly understood. I felt comfortable with him and I left trusting him with my care .

None, everything was great. I was especially pleased when I got my appointment time mixed up and showed up at the wrong office site that they scheduled another appointment for me the same day 4 hours later I drove 2 hours to the appointment and they were highly accommodating even though it was my fault.

I spent 40 minutes sitting in an examination room. I was there for my second followup following hernia surgery. My doctor, DR. Carbonell is EXCELLENT. Surgery was a complete success. My disappointment with this visit is that it turned out to be a complete waste of time. After sitting in the exam room for 40 minutes I left the facility without seeing anyone. I am disgusted that I had wasted my time. Once again this is in no way a complaint against Dr. Carbonell as I was not scheduled to see him but rather his staff. In my opinion his staff dropped the ball. Enough said.

It was a great visit! Doctor listened and explained and allowed me to make educated decision! He is terrific.

Everyone was both professional and compassionate. Dr. Carbonell is always thorough and absolutely the only Doctor I trust regarding the treatment in my particular health situation .

Dr Carbonell is excellent!!

I don't think anything could have been better. I would like to not have had a long wait to get in for an appointment and then another few months wait for the surgery date but it's a busy practice and I'm sure they're doing the best they can so I cannot fault them for that.

At the moment I can't think of anything. I am very pleased with everything. I find Dr. Carbonell very knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain things to me.

The doctor at his nurse were courteous. He listened carefully to me and gave me every opportunity to voice my concerns. He was an excellent representation for prisma.

The doctor Carbonell 11 was most definitely knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable. He spoke with kind words. Carbonelll put my mind at ease, during this difficult time in my life. I am very proud to call him my doctor. I sincerely appreciate how I was treated. Not just the doctor, it was the whole e entire staff. Very clean environment as well. I would definitely recommend prisma health to my friends and family.

Dr. Carbonell is an excellent physician and couldn't think of any improvement needed.

I could not have had a more complete picture of the problems from a prior surgery and complete assurance that they are of no danger to me, and I can live without the surgery I thought I would have to have unless something happens in the future. To me that is a big relief from Dr Carbonell !

Dr. Carbonell is a very caring doctor and listens and is very courteous.

Nothing! I had a great 1st visit with Dr. Carbonell. He got all my films & info before my visit. He went over everything with me, explained things to me, and answered all questions I had. If I have any future issues with concern about my umbilical hernia, he will be my go-to dr.!
