On the way home, I realized that the date that I picked for my procedure would not work out. As soon as I got home, I called and apparently it was after 4 o'clock and you were closed. I left a message requesting that I get a different date for my procedure. I didn't get a call back at all today so I called again and still didn't get a call back. I think you need to get more people on the telephones. It's very frustrating when you can't talk to a real person.

Everything was perfect! I appreciated the time and willingness to find answers.

Perhaps to update your waiting area seating. It was dark & dingy. Walking through parking garage 2A & I guess, the elevator not working. Took the stairs.

I feel your staff did a wonderful job and my spouse is death and they made sure that they understood spoke to them so they could read lips and did a wonderful job letting them know everything going on!

Couldn't have been better.
