Dr SPRINGHETTI was extremely nice and helpful. She was encouraging and did not make us feel like we were doing something wrong. Sometimes other doctors have or the nutritionist. Parenting is hard and it's made harder when the staff give you a guilt trip

I was upset that I kept getting referred to Urgent Care or someone else. Due to my grandson being sent home from school due to aggression, throwing objects, destroying the classroom, attacking the teacher's head he needed to be seen right away. I was glad they finally found an opening for him at another prisma pediatrician office
