Nothing. This was a most pleasant visit and I do not usually enjoy doctor visits. This was my first visit to Prisma and I am very happy about how I was treated, and about the efficiency of MyChart.

When the pharmacy prepared my thyroid prescription as written they didn't fill it as written. That is a bad for the pharmacy.

Dr. Schmitt is one of the best Doctors that I have had. He listens and try's to work and find a solution. I've now got my parents as patients to Dr.Schmitt. I Recommend Dr.Schmitt 100%. The only thing I dislike is wearing masks. It's hard to understand the staff when their faces are covered and their behind glass or their back is facing you.

So far I am totally pleased with this doctor. He listens and follows through on making referrals. The prior physician told me my thyroid had shut down but wouldn't do anything. He has set me up with an endocrinologist.

Everything went well during my visit Dr. Schmitt's professional knowledge was evident as we discussed the route I have to take to help to control the medical condition that has plagued my body. His kindness and consciousness was present throughout my visit.

Everything was fine. They did everything expected to get me in with a doctor on very short notice. The doctors assistant did more than expected to make me feel comfortable with my situation. The dr I saw was very competent, gave me a prescription and now I am feeling much better.

Treatment of the elderly requires a different approach. Best to gently assist the patient in moving on the table or getting up. This wa not done in Xray.

We (both my husband and I) did have somewhat of a long period prior to our initial visit. We do feel it was worth the wait however.

I know providers have heavy caseloads so that makes me appreciate the time taken by Mr.Schmitt to answer my questions whether in person or through mychart. As long as my medical history and symptoms are not minimized I have no complaints.

Dr. Schmitt & staff are very caring, thoughtful, respectful, & pleasant. We are very grateful to have him as our primary physician.
