1st visit here. This was the first visit with this PA, so he didn't know my medical history or me. I had to wait 3 months to get in to get seen him. He seemed to care for and listen to me. Now waiting on a plan of action, some of my blood work could have been better. The rest of my blood work was good but my A1C was a little high this time than my last test results and my WBC was out of range according to what it should be.

I was told by the er to see my primary about my high blood pressure. I didn't have a primary so since I was a new patient, it took two months to get an appointment. I feel like under the circumstances. It should have been sooner. Everyone at my appointment was great. I'm sure it's just policy but it probably should be reconsidered.

He filled in for my Mom's doctor because we were late and he agreed to take care of her he was very kind and helpful the medication he prescribed was the off-brand for the flu Tamiflu I told him about my concerns with my mom stage 4 kidney disease and ask if the medicine would affect her he said no and he said that he looked it up in the computer and it does not affect her kidneys well I just looked it up and it says that it's not good for anyone with kidney disease and I've already given it to her

My only suggestion for improvement is to have a speaker system for the nurses to call you back. I wear hearing aids and while waiting, moved seats bc I could not hear the names being called back.
