Hade a few minutes longer with that wonderful D.R. to about my illness.

The receptionist was not polite and some worth combative when asking question about appointment.

I wait at least 90 minutes to 3 hours past my appointment time. Everytime!! Not just occasionally! I don't know if it is a scheduling problem or what. I love the staff and doctors, but something is not working!

I would appreciate it if they can make it easier for after hours if you need to contact the nurse on prescriptions, make it more easy to get in contact with the nurse. I would appreciate that. Other than that, no complaints. Thank you.

You could have my prescription come faster than it does, so I always wait and run out.

He didn't even know what I was diagnosed with. He came in the room, saying oh you have diabetes. I have never been diagnosed with diabetes. I have something else.

Prisma is an excellent hospital... The medical team and all the staff are always incredibly helpful to each patient. I would love to have a little more time to clarify some questions that the patient, out of respect for the doctor and the time constraints, didn't ask. Since I have advanced glaucoma, I was surprised that my testing appointment didn't include a pressure check. I didn't actually see Dr. Espaillat this trip, but the technician who tested me seems knowledgeable and professional.

Have nothing to say except they are a team that works together from the time you walk in the door, until you exit. JUST the very BEST!!!

Inform me name of my referral by telephone. They havent call and i dont know who to follow up with. Called Treating physician. Nurse practitioner. Schedulining desk. Locked out of My Chart

Parking is an issue at this and other Prisma Health locations. It is my understanding that employees are parking as close to the building entrances as they can which leaves patients parking in the employee lot which I did at Baptist Park Ridge recently. Employees probably have designated parking spaces and this policy should be enforced for the patients sake.

Floors are not as clean as they should be

Not have to wait in the exam room so long waiting for the doctor to come in. In most cases, we shouldn't have to wait more than 15-20 minutes.

I I don't like the emphasis on my ability to read the eye chart and enthusiasm for that yet never explaining my complaint of not being able to read. Interstate signs in time to change lanes for my exit. It's very frustrating. Yes, I have voiced my problem. Last time I was told well we don't have you a prescription but come back in two weeks and we will get you a prescription. I guess there's just so many people who need eye care that some of my problems are not addressed.

At the time of my visit everything was on point, if you continue with the staff that you have now, you'll have nothing to worry about.

Care was fine.. the unexpected 1 hr wait should have told me their was a delay at check in. Several patients experienced this. The guy doing my screening apologized for the delay though.

Waits with this doctor are long. I was scheduled to have my left lens polished, but after waiting well over an hour for the doctor, he said I didn't need it now, but should come back in 2 months to have it done. Seemed strange, since when my first eye was done, the doctor indicated that it was needed and would be done in my next visit. Seemed like he was running behind and wanted me out of there quickly

I think everything went well, could not have been treated better.

The appointment took about 2 hours, with all but about 15 minutes of that being waiting around. I was also sent out after eye dilation without any eye protection or heads up on what effects the dilation would have.

My experience with this provider and his staff was wonderful I couldn't ask for a much better day they explained everything in detail and left nothing out I would recommend this provider and his staff

At the end of appointment, had to wait for more than 1/2 hour to see the one person , to set up appointments, she had to be on phone for 45 minutes, for another patients Insurance. There was only one person to handle that?

This is the second time that the provider ran behind greater than 90 minutes. 2:30 PM appointment ended at 4:20 PM, then registration had me waiting an additional 30 minutes to schedule next appointment until I informed her I was leaving and would get the appointment via MyChart.

I just had to wait a long time!

I needed to speak to somebody and nine would listen! They treated me like a monster

No need to question your staff. They are all awesome. I felt like I had been there many times before even though I haven't. my first encounter was with the doctor assistant he had such a beautiful smile. I just had to smile back. I felt very confident the doctor knew what he was doing and would take very good care of me. heads off to the entire staff.

This MD is an amazing, caring MD! As I understand it, he is new to Prisma. Prisma is the only medical association I fully trust with my care. Thank you for adding this MD to a long list of other Prisma MDs I trust with my care and the care of my family!
