Everything is excellence in Dr.Odom's office! Dr. Odom listens and has the best bedside manner. I trust him totally. He is a top notch OB/GYN-knowledgable, professional. Prisma Health is fortunate to have him on staff. I always feel better after a visit with Dr. Odom.

I told the person at the front desk that I wanted to get established with an obgyn before getting pregnant. They failed to tell me that Dr. Odom does not deliver babies. He seemed like a good doctor, but the entire appointment was unnecessary. I should have been directed to another doctor when talking to the front desk.

I can't think of anything that needs improving. Dr Odom and his staff were very thorough and professional.

Great care! My care and treatment plan was great. Dr. Odom is an amazing doctor. I thank for saving my life, saving parts of me that would have been otherwise gone. He listens and his actions shows that he cares.

Have your staff not proposition my partner I find that unprofessional for a health care team member

Have more providers available that care about patients with chronic illnesses that currently have no cure. My response of course is OB/GYN related.

The wait was a bit long. My appointment was at 1045 and I was immediately taken back and had vitals checked but I sat in the hall for about 10 minutes or so and didn't see the doctor until almost 1130.

I was well taken care of.

I like the treatment I received. I do not have anything else to add. Dr. Odom is very personable and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. He took his time in getting to know me. I appreciate his demeanor and professionalism.

There is no improvement needed

I had several issues with this appointment but I think most started with the initial problem that I was not notified that a laboratory test could not be completed because it was sent in the wrong type of tube. I had to follow up with the office to ask about the results and was then offered another appointment, but that appointment was not entered into the system properly. I would recommend that the office check on their protocol for noticing and reporting out lab results that are cancelled by the lab due to errors.

This was the most caring empathetic experience I have ever had. I truly appreciate the care, sensitivity, patience, respect, AB's thoroughness provided by Dr. Odom and his nurse.

Care was great. Location was horrible. Not enough parking for handicap. Took 25 minutes to find a decent spot. Why did you move from downtown? I live in Lexington and it's about the same distance to each place. I liked it much better downtown. The rooms with were nicer there also!

Nothing this was the best doctor visit that I have had in a long time

Funny as it may seem to respond with this, the office seemed to be showing age. Lobby chairs with work out seat covers, bathrobes seams loose/frayed, windows (shading layer peeling off). Just makes me think that the image needs visual upgrade(s). Hope this is helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr Odom's for over a decade. He is not only an outstanding physician, he is very kind and funny! I trust Dr. Odom's opinions and recommendations. There is nothing else Dr. Odom could do to improve my visits with him.

The care provided was excellent. However, both times I have visited this facility, the accessible parking is woefully inadequate. Having to navigate without accessible parking creates safety hazards, and delayed my arrival time for my appointment significantly.
