Dr. Thomas is an outstanding physician. He took time to go over my medical issues.

I don't feel like I was listened to and requested further testing and was told I need to see a speech pathologist instead of a lung specialist for my breathing problems

Better records of patient, error or not recording or transferring medical procedures for patients. Too much relied on computer, Just not the same as the good old days, a good old slip of paper for prescription! More freedom for Doctors.

Yes, I came in to the office. Well, I got papers in the mail saying not to wear perfumes or heavy deodorants or things like that to the lung doctor, for God's sake. But you walk into the office and every one of those female employees literally bathes in perfume. It stinks to high heaven. Not one of them wash their good, their dirty spots. They cover it up with perfume. And that would be most helpful if I didn't have to go in there and smell that and cough and get sick over it. They should adhere to the same rules that y'all send out in the brochure telling me about my appointment that I have to come in clean as well.

The support, trust and respect I received during my visit was outstanding. No improvement is needed.

I was not informed that I would have to register before taking the breathing test.
