Yes, one of the issues that I had was my appointment was for three o'clock. I was there early, before three, and I waited and waited. I didn't get into the room until almost quarter of four, and I didn't see the eye doctor until almost 4:30. So the wait time is way too long. I know it's a busy place, and I know things come up, but this isn't the first time it's happened this way. And also, my appointment had to be changed three times for them. They called me to change the appointment. I didn't call them. So those two things bothered me a bit, and I'm concerned about that. Thank you.

Put mirrors and lighting the room for people who have Contact loans and are being treated because it is so hard to re-research your context otherwise. And this has been going on for years now and it's really inexpensive to do and something you need to do spoil experience, not having something like that that's easy to help and necessary.

The resident that came in DIDN'T sanitize his hands, so I asked for Dr. Pearlman, he went in to aduacate ME as to why he and the med student were ther to which w replied as an RN, I understand, now please get Dr. Pearlman, se huffed out. I did inform Dr. about incident. I wonder how many clients had he seen W/O sanitation? Totally unacceptable. Plus to not be a good role model for the female med student HE was supposed to be teaching!!

I was told I would be called to schedule the appointment. No one ever called. So I called up there and explained to the person that answered the phone what I needed. Without saying a word she transferred me to a voice mail. At first I thought she had hung up. I left a message. The lady that called back was very rude. I felt like she was mad because she had to work me in. My doctor had already called and requested the appointment. When I got there everyone was very nice and helpful.

Dr. Pearlman is an excellent physician. He's awesome. I'm so fortunate I got him to treat me. That's very nice. And nurses and staff, the reception, everybody, everybody's so nice. I don't know what you guys feed them. I don't know whether you feed them or not, but they are awesome. Everybody was so nice. It was a very, very pleasant experience. You need to pay your technicians in ophthalmology based on their experience and expertise as opposed to just a standard schedule for all of them. Some of them are very, very good and some of them are good, but you can tell they're not very experienced. You want to keep the experience people they really make a difference.

When it's something as important as your eyesight, I just think it needs to be taken more seriously. It's not like a missing toe, or it's not like you can't feel, or it's not like you can't hear. Not being able to see will change your entire life. So coming up with some type of... plan per day, per week, per month, per year would be most helpful and most beneficial. The only area that I need support is when an appointment needs to be rescheduled. I had to wait several months due to the need to reschedule my initial appointment. Maybe a system that can inform of a cancellation, so that the patient has an opportunity to see the doctor earlier.

I have been waiting since February to see Dr. Pearlman and that was a long time. Went to two other providers in that interim and that just should not happen where I have to wait that long.

I'm not sure this involves trust and respect but I thought that there was very little time to deal with myself as a patient. The residents were in the office and of course they had a learning part but I thought that it was way too brief and it just kind of seemed like the doctor just zoomed in the room and then zoomed right out again and I didn't get a chance to discuss my conditions or or other things like that. And I realize that training residents is very important, but it was not well done. And I have experienced this lack of full attention and full coverage of questions that the patient might ask. And that's about all I have to say.

The bureaucracy and legal paperwork clearly shows Prisma is over lawyered. We need a DOGE review. The Doctor was great, the legal paperwork is very questionable. My guess is Prisma is overstaffed with non medical personnel.

It would be nice to not have to wait an hour to be seen after being taken into to eye testing room. I was stuck in traffic an hour just trying to get back home in what is normally a 20 minute drive.
