Most of the time I have no problem with getting to see my doctor when I am sick but this lady said I would get a letter for 2 cancellations but didn't even offer a virtual. I let my doctor know too. I was very disappointed so I got up and went. I saw urgent care the day before.

Because I said something. I don't know if I'm complaining to the right. My point is, I pay health insurance. I've been in the Prisma system for some time now, all my life. And what? Just excuse me.

Nothing. Best primary care provider I have ever had and that is not an exaggeration.

Having only 15 minutes with the doctor per the PRISMA orders, that is not enough time to give your diagnosis and tell them what's going on and for you to get a complete, knowledgeable reply. My doctor's very, very smart and tries to remain by the rules. Sometimes I feel like it's Prisma that's taking me away. It's certainly not my doctor. He is wonderful. And he is what's keeping me with Prisma. And that is my honest opinion. Thank you very much. Goodbye.

All staff at Cypress Internal Medicine were excellent. The receptionists were friendly, the Nurse was thorough in processing me, and Dr. Scher was outstanding as usual. He listens, asks questions, and makes the patient feel comfortable and confident with the treatment they receive.

I have no complain. The only thing what is not the best is your telephone system when you need somebody.
