Dr. Londons nurse was very kind to me as it was a very cold day and I had to remove all my clothes for my physical exam. She said I'll be back when the doctor is ready to see you and then disrobe as I would be warmer with my clothes on while waiting for the doctor. I so appreciated her kindness. Dr. London apologized for her cold hands during the exam. The one thing I would suggest is that they put a heater in the exam room when it is cold and a more comfortable place to sit than the examining table like a chair.

I am very happy with Dr. London's care.

I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and did precheckin. After waiting one hour and no communication on why my appointment time was delayed I informed the receptionist that I was leaving. No communication during or after appointment. I also prepaid my copay and sent billing a request for reimbursement. No response. Very disappointed since Prisma has been spot on up until I visited thia location.

My visit was great ! No improvements needed ! Dr London and her staff are awesome ! They are so caring and genuinely want to help their patients!

I felt very supported, and respected, I felt I was seen and heard , was given all the information I needed , I was very nervous, but was quickly put at ease and felt very comfortable with Dr. London during the exam she was gentle and explained everything she was doing, honestly I was feeling 95 percent better by the end of the day after receiving the medication prescribed, the treatment from walking into the door till leaving was awesome. Thank you !!

Good as is

I had to wait an hour before my scheduled appointment. It would be nice if I had been notified the doctor was running that behind so I could have run some errands. I am 45 minutes away from the clinic

..can't think of anything. Dr. London was great; she definitely seems genuine. First time seeing her & I was comfortable, which is saying a lot for me.
