I can not think of anything that could have been better. The staff were responsive and Dr. Gupta I a treasure. Always listens and offers help not judgement and knows we are adults and responsible for our own decisions fir health.

Just needed to track the 30% co-insurance to what visit when pre-Paying. Billing tacked the office visit and co-insurance together which I know is ether improper or misleading. Transparency is a must so that you're not paying for something that did not happen. There were instances where my wife and I have experienced this.

I thought I waited a little too long in lobby after checking in . The very very nice front desk lady stated, are you ok ? She was going to tell the nurse techs and nurses that I was still in the front lobby, but then they called me back .
