All went well, all personal were polite and professional. Also answered all questions and explained everything to my satisfaction.

I really can not think of any way open for improvement. Everyone from the reception security person greeting us in lobby to the doctor performing the procedure were just terrific. I especially appreciated the nurse anesthetist. I was becoming anxious in the heart cath room and hr gently touched by shoulder softly saying we are going to take good care of you. We are going to take good care of you. It was these reassuring words I hear as I drifted into my sleep state. Prisma Hospital at Patewood may be smaller than our main Prisma facility, but it certainly does not lack in quality of care.
