Everything was great!

Since I am extremely satisfied with the care shown my grandson, I have no suggestions at this time.

I honestly don't know what you could do to improve. I've been going to the VA for my primary care. I'm used to having a Doctor that doesn't have the time to give the best care. Dr.Tolan is the best doctor I've had the pleasure to meet. He does his job the way it is supposed to be done. Very professional, thoroughly and straight up with me.

Be on time for the appointment. My time is as important as my doctors. It was more then 20-30 minutes setting in the waiting room after my appointment time. The nurse said it was due to the previous appointment being late getting there. They should have made that person reschedule.

Dr. Tolan is extremely gifted and has a tremendous sense of humor - he needs it dealing with people like me who are way over 80 years of age, hard of hearing and walk with a limp.
