I was very pleased with the care and support I received during my visit.

I thought my visit was good and I think everything was very good and helpful.

My only suggestion would be the common courtesy of looking up and greeting w a smile and kindness. I am already nervous for this appointment and a friendly smile is helpful.

allow your medical personnel to spend more time with the patient. ask the patient if they have any questions!!! encourage your staff to respond with speed answers to their medical questions. mostly unimpressive follow ups to major surgery.

I feel very confident with my treatment by Dr. Yurko! Very efficient, no waiting and total confidence in her staff! Overall... a productive and informative visit! Would highly recommend her! She is very busy and I understand the waiting for a non emergency visit!

Please reduce the high number of mails, texts, etc about coming appointments

Billing has been a nightmare. I have called 6 times now and spoke to representatives to try and fix the insurance Billing issues. Once this is fixed, it will be an even better experience with Prisma.

Dr Yurko is exceptional.

My only complaint was having to wait 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. However, it was well worth it with the excellent care I received from both the nurse & Doctor. Definitely left feeling that I am in great hands.

More clear upon building entry on needing to check in first. Hard to tell what desks were for. More signage needed.

The provider needs to listen to the patient. The worst thing is when a doctor starts answering your question when you're still talking I respect that she's a surgeon. She went to medical school, but I also know my body. She was very rude. She also mentioned she did not know if my insurance would cover the medicine. I took great offense to that. What does that have to do with anything? She is the doctor that is not her job to tell me if I can afford a medication or not, I'm already traumatized with experiencing this medical condition at such a young age and to have a doctor do that it ruin my whole day I had a headache She needs to learn better bedside manners.
