There is currently nothing to repair this relationship and I am not really happy with Prisma overall. I have utilized the Prisma health system for almost 9 years since I moved here and I have had a really rough time with Neurology and my new sleep provider.

Yes, I would have liked to have been waited on in a timely manner. I was left in the room twice for long periods of time. They even called to see if I was still there when I was still sitting in the same spot where they left me. When I went downstairs to get a monitor, heart monitor put on and blood work done. They put the monitor on, but there was nothing else mentioned about blood work. And so I had to make an additional appointment to come back and give blood. It just seems like they weren't as attentive about giving information in a timely fashion so I could get in and out of the office on time. No excuse.

Your my chart system isn't always checked timely. The biggest problem I have with Prisma is how you randomly and at the last minute change appointment dates and times. This happens a lot and has me considering leaving the Prisma system of physicians. Doctors are great but your system stinks. Someone needs to listen about this and fix it and stop pulling Dr into hospital and clinics randomly.

I stay with Dr Hollins and his group because they've treated me for quite some years and know my medical history. I never feel rushed and I feel comfortable asking questions and with the dialogue back and forth you know that they're listening to you. This has been the worst experience ever. You send me from waiting room to waiting room. You send me a survey asking me how my experience went and I've been here 7plus hours as I'm still sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen. I get told there is 1 person ahead of me and then 6. Me and 2 other people was the first people in here and all these people come in after us and was seen then people come in and only wait one hour 30 mins 45 mins while we are still at the moment of writing this waiting to be seen. They say there is no available rooms but you walk by rooms and more rooms and no one is in there and workers are sitting around talking on there phones laughing acting like this isn't a hospital and people aren't sick. It's ridiculous and it's a darn shame that you can't feel like you can go to your local ER. Then you want to be rude when someone goes to the window to ask a question because you've basically worked there whole shift with them at work today. Things need to change at this hospital this is ridiculous and pure sad. This is her daughter writing she had a EKG done she has heart problems and they are acting like it's no issue.. oh but they made sure they got the billing information to bill us for this visit that we haven't even been seen yet for.

Receptionist was half-asleep. Once I checked in, she told me to go to the B section, the incorrect section. Not a big deal. But then when the nurse came to get me to take vitals, she almost seemed upset that I was in the wrong section. And after that's where they told me to go, I said yes. to not have any further communication or bedside manner in terms of asking or making you feel comfortable while doing the EKG. Other than that, no other issues.

My appt was at 145pm. I needed to be seen earlier so I arrived at 1130am. No one came out to say or check on me . At 1205pm I walked from A to the desk and asked why no one checked on me. They went to lunch at noon. So I had to sit until someone cane out. I never saw anyone until 115pm when they took me back. I had to put my dog down. Not ok.

Dr. Hollins did not see me. Per my previous appointment he was supposed to follow up however, I heard him in the hallway mentioning not coming to my room and went to the next. It's an on going battle during appointments to get him to look at the my chart. The only time my chart is reviewed is if someone else (student, resident, or PA) is in the room. My medical records do not reflect what I am being told. Also the wait time to be seen was over an hour because the Medical Tech (CNA) stated no rooms were available. I'm not sure if they overbooked appointments which inadvertently caused extended wait times and an increase of patients complaining in the waiting area.

Dr. Hollins is very professional, knowledgeable; calm, cool , soft-spoken and, obviously, possesses a devoted commitment to medicine and his patients. He is totally focused and is a profound listener. In my opinion, in all of the years he has been my cardiologist, he has the strongest staff he has ever had, and they seem to work seamlessly as a team with Dr. Hollins. Dr. Hollins is a very respected and exemplary cardiologist. He is the best of the best!

Dr. Hollins nurse practitioner doesn't have good bedside manners. She interrupted me, had an attitude, and wasn't listening. For example, I told her my BP meds made me feel dizzy and she goes to say well we can increase the dosage. Why would you do that if it makes me feel dizzy.

I believe my provider's team is knowledgeable, but I feel most comfortable discussing my progress and care with him rather than with the team first and then the provider. The nurse practitioner to the doctor was very demanding and it was my first time meeting her. She was trying to get all of the pertinent information in my chart but was very short and not courteous. She would not allow me to interject information or complete a statement. She seemed rushed and irritated. Dr. Hollins was patient and understanding and very professional. I did not receive the proper medication after being told that insurance would be contacted before submitting a prescription.

There was a new check-in process where you had to go downstairs, somewhere downstairs to check in, and then come to go back upstairs to the appointment versus everything on the same floor. I think that's inconvenient. And the people directing the traffic flow was not nice at all. This way, that way. They were not pleasant at all.

I feel very good having Dr. Hollins take care of my health. I wish people had listened to me more about the swelling and the things happening with my legs. It is scary to me and I needed answers, which I haven't gotten yet, but we'll keep working on it. But I do trust Dr. Hollins and his team.

My appointment was at 2:30. It was 4 o'clock and Dr. Hollins never showed up. So I left. That was very disrespectful. They didn't even know where he was and I don't think I should have to pay for that appointment.

Staff were in a rush because it was the end of the day plus I didn't get seen right away. Therefore, the doctor seemed in a rush as well.

Everything was great except for the wait. I was there 15 minutes early for my appointment. My appointment was at 11 am. I didn't see the doctor until 11:35 am. There is a great deal of importance placed on the patients to be early for appointments, but none placed on the practice to run on time. I waited to see the doctor longer than I actually saw him. I not angry or anything, I just wish there was some way to solve this problem.

This office is incredibly efficient! We were back in the exam room as soon as we checked in and were seen right on time. Dr Hollins was very thorough and took all of our issues and questions seriously. Wonderful bedside manner. We feel very confident in his care
