I missed my appointment for having my blood work because I was moving and I forgot and I called and asked if I could come in Monday and no one ever called me back so I had to have my blood work done after my visit with Dr Bedingfield

The care that I always receive from Dr. Bedingfield and his staff is wonderful, I don't see how they improve something I feel is perfect.

Continue to be focused on improving all areas of current research as it applies to the mission.

I just kept in touch with me more. I still haven't received a call back on my urine analysis. I understand if it's maybe not back yet, but just a call to say it's not back yet and we will call you when it's here. That's all. This office is very cordial, very, I love Dr. Bedingfield.

Like the fact that we can ask questions on my chart

I don't like the race question. Compared to what?. I have no basis for comparison on how other people are treated, hence my discomfort with the question. That said, I feel I was treated respectfully.

The doctor did not pay attention to the five items that I stated initially as to why I had the appointment. He completely ignored everything and told me that I had a mental health issue and that was not it whatsoever. So I was very much disrespected by him and he did not listen to me nor offer any help. That's it.

Dr. Bedingfield is the doctor I was looking for. I remember when one doctor was sufficient. He is as close as they come to meeting that standard in today's medical environment.
