I couldn't ask for anything more! Everything was provided!!

You could make the facility user friendly. The areas of care are poorly marked. We had to go to 3 floors before we found a department that could help us. There is no central desk to get help or information. It was a nightmare and we saw and talked to other people in our same situation. It very upsetting. Once we found Dr Cornett office the care and staff were great. Please do something to improve the directions and overall quality of the building.

There is nothing that they could do have done different. Excellent care!

I had to wait an hour and honestly, I thought they forgot me. Some one should have come in the room and explained that the doctor was running behind schedule.

Wendy was very thorough in her explanations of the US procedure and results, the separate follow up appt made by different staff at a different facility which made perfect sense. The staff was not able to explain that to me as clearly. But everyone was very calm and nice.

Oh, I hit the wrong number. But no, everything to me, they did everything professionally and gave me information that I needed and everything. No complaints at all.

Everything went very smoothly

There are no changes needed. Dr. Cornett is kind, compassionate, and an impeccable surgeon. Dr. Cornett also cares for a patient as a whole person and supports her patients emotionally as well as physically on their journey. Dr. Cornett truly exemplifies the definition of an excellent physician and surgeon. There is no one else I'd place more trust in when it comes to my health.

The scheduling office never followed up and it is almost a week since my visit. I've made multiple calls. The nurse advocate has tried to help, but there is something not working with your scheduling function

Person taking me from waiting room to exam room was the least personable of all the people I saw. She's the first person to welcome patients and should convey positive energy and set a professional tone. Imo she fell short.

Cancer is scary. Would have preferred to hear from the provider sooner once the referral was made. In particular, let me know they have the referral (not 3 weeks later) much sooner and convey the cancer is no where near life-threatening. Other than that, the office and doctor were and are fantastic.

There is nothing that would have made my experience better... Dr Cornett was patient, caring, and listened to all my concerns, giving me several options to consider. I was very pleased with all the staff, exceeded my expectations!

Get some automatic door openers. I use a mobility scooter so the front door is impossible!

Dr. Cornett and the staff at the breast cancer center are extremely knowledgeable and very supportive of their patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Cornett and her staff to anyone that needs services from the breast cancer center.
