If I have a issue I want to discuss, and schedule patents really close together.

The entire office is helpful, courteous, respectful. They take their time. They know my family, each family member by name. They take time out with me and they make me feel really respected.

By being more organized I was left in the exam room for 30 minutes after my exam waiting on notification that the lab tech was ready to draw my labs. It seemed like I had been forgotten so I just went to checkout.

I really like my NP, Ms Wendy Lykes, when first met her , share a little about herself, she is a person you can express your concerns with, and really listen, I feel comfortable talking with her and then she plans a solution to what's going on with my healthcare, she just a great presence, I think I really found someone that cares, and I'm grateful I just seen her for my follow up after I got to the hospital and she went over the discharge papers with me, Grateful, thankful for her

Since both the provider and myself are believers in the Lord God, if we could touch and agree in the name of Jesus for increased wisdom and treatment in caregiving and continued good health and strength for myself, would be a means to increase respect and trust.

My visit was great.

Nothing else! I love going to my appointments in this office because I never have to wait, the staff makes me feel welcome. The care I get top notch, especially from my Nurse Practitioner Wendy Lykes. She knows how to put you at ease. She never rushes through my chart, she asks the right questions, she doesn't cut corners. If I need labs, or if I need to be referred or if she needs to see me again in three weeks. I feel like a priority and not an after thought! Out of all my Doctors she is my favorite!

This could have been a phone consult. I didn't get any treatment other than being told I needed to see someone else. I've been waiting over two months to be referred. I was told to call Lexington and they said they don't take Prisma referrals. I felt my time was wasted and copay too

I have No Complaints, I was Very satisfied with Nurse Practitioner Lykes, She was very intentive explaining my health needs. She asked me questions.? I felt very comfortable with her. She's very down to earth and gets to the point., your bedside manner r very compassionate, kind and caring, person my expression I felt great, thank to the staff were excellent as well and nurse kept sanitizing her hands whatever she entered the room and had to touch me. I appreciate that she has a good staff.

This was my first visit the Wendy Lykes and this was a good experience. My only concern is the front staff having access to view all my medical information. The person at checkout station printed out all my information that she has access to review. I prefer only the doctor and nurses to have access to my personal information regarding diagnosis and prescription treatment.

Nurse Lykes rushed through my physical. My questions weren't answered professionally and it seems a though the provider is not knowledgeable. Earlier this year, I went to NP Lykes for knee pain. She told me to keep exercising as normal and I ended up with a sprained knee. Which lead to 6 weeks of Physical Therapy and a Cortisone shot. I will not be returning to NP Lykes. I gave her a chance to redeem herself after the misdiagnosis of my knee, but this is the worst healthcare I ever received, with and without insurance.

Nurse practitioner Lykes, the nursing staff and team are exceptional in the care they provide me. They are always respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough regarding my treatment and its diagnosis. I trust them completely with my health care and have referred family and friends to her practice.
