I truly cannot think of a thing. This is a well managed practice with a fabulous provider. Dr. o'Lynnger has always taken his time with me. As a senior lady I know that I have asked him the same question several times because I didn't understand he is always so patient with me and explains in a way that I can understand. He even took the time to show me how to bend down and how to get up so that I would not put pressure on my neck or my back. He is very professional very patient focused and patient friendly as his staff is. I cannot say enough about this provider and this practice job well done. Thank you Prisma keep doing great jobs like this we need more of these kind of doctors and practices..

Get rid of the surveys after appointment and go back to the commit box on the wall

Called office twice with questions prior to appt and no call back. Waited 6 weeks for appt and Dr spent 15 minutes with me. Didn't seem to care I was upset and could not explain why radiology said there was change in hardware and he says it's fine. Very frustrating experience.

All personnel was kind and nice

I was given the best care by my doctor and his staff. I even received a phone call at home to check on me.

Ive always trusted my neck doctor. He told me stuff. I never knew. That gave me a lot more ti.e tok take can of me and get better.

I had waited several months for this appointment and had 3 tests to go over. We only discussed the neuropathy which he doesn't treat and is referring me to neurology and pain management. We never discussed the results of the MRI of my back, which he does treat. The appointment was only 15 minutes and it felt rushed. I am having a significant amount of back pain as well as neuropathy in my feet.

Just continue to serve as well as currently do.
