Dr. Seawright and her team are top notch healthcare professionals and they are why I continue to use this practice for my care. Dr. Seawright is personable, patient, caring, and always available, if needed.

The front desk person called me insane. When I complained I was told to leave. The doctor did not provide me any form of care.

Hello, what I had a problem with was I had shingles and I was in a lot of, lot of pain. And although Dr. Seawright did prescribe some pain medicine, I feel like they could have followed up a little bit more to see if it was working and to see if I needed anything else because I am still in a lot of pain. And I'm afraid to use what pain medicine I have, that I won't have enough to be able to sleep at night. And so I don't use it during the day. And I'm just in a lot of pain.

The check in and check out staff were really nice this time.

The staff is the best and can't think of one thing they should change.

Notes in My Chart should be correct has to what all my problems where and things where listed in My Chart that where not done to me. Physicians these days do not seem to care about like they used to . They are trying to meet the quota of how many patients are seen in an hour or for that day.

When my blood was drawn the tech found my vein right away. I hardly felt the needle going in. She was great! However the site was secured with paper tape and a gauze pad. I'm not a diabetic, don't take blood thinner. Thr paper tape irritates my skin even before I remove it. I didn't insist on the stretchy fabric bandage. I will try to remember to bring my own stretchy bandage next time. I think that should be available to all regardless of their diagnosis .

The people that take blood were terrible...it took over twenty minutes and at the time I was the only one...it has never taken more than five minutes in the past and I have been going to this practice for thirty years

Love the doctors , nurses and staff.

I always get the assistance I need and all questions answered including follow up calls.

It would have been helpful if Dr. Seawright had actually provided me with a prescription for the antibiotic after waiting a couple of days. And over-the-counter methods were not working. I'll only get an antibiotic maybe once a year. And I should have no resistance issues. But she absolutely refused to prescribe me one. And that is the only way for me to get better. I actually had to seek other treatment options in order to get my needs met.

This practice is impeccable. I have been a patient of Dr. Seawright for 15 years and I feel completely confident in her care/advice/medical knowledge. I have always been treated with respect and compassion.

Dr. Seawright and her team don't need to change a thing, stay the way you are. Love them much
