There was nothing that needs improvement.

On the discharge for my outpatient surgery, I felt like I was sent home too soon. I had no idea what was going on and felt very rushed and like pushed out very quickly and it was disorienting and I didn't like that. Otherwise, everything was fine.

All staff were great. I feel secure with my choice of Doctor. I have more questions that I didn't think of at the time, so I will need to get in touch with the Doctor again, and I'm not sure how to do that. I think all other staff needs to understand that this is a very stressful time for the patient and they need to make allowances for that. This was not a routine office visit for me, and my behavior reflected that.

Support, respect and trust were given 100%. My only comment would be for the staff members to take a slower pace when talking to the patient. If I hadn't had someone with me taking notes I would not know what to do or expect.

Wry impressed with my Doctor's Office and staff.

I felt like Dr. Metropol was rushing. He came in there, examined me, and was out the door in three seconds. I don't even felt like I got $60 worth of my co-pay.

There was nothing more you could have done for me. Everyone cared for me in the best way possible. I was in a bad mood and are very grateful for the care respect and attention Dr Metropol gave me. Dr. Metropol is just the most wonderful, competent, professional, helpful and empathetic surgeon. I am so very lucky to have had his skills. I highly recommend him. I would go back to Dr Metropol if I needed more surgery without hesitation. The outcome of his work was perfect for me and problem free. Dr Metropol and his staff were great and professional. I feel lucky to be in their care. The facility needs oversized by height and width access to parking in the garage for handicapped vehicles. The bathrooms in the elevator lobbies were not clean.

This was not the first time I had visited Dr. Metropol. There is no other surgeon whom I trust more with my care. I will continue to call on him if ever in need of a well-qualified surgeon again.
