I have been seen by the same provider twice, I have had decent interactions with the provider but the nurse who comes in the room before the provider seems to be very unwelcoming. It seems as if she has had an attitude each time I've come. Me and my husband didn't really feel comfortable around this person. We will be looking to switch providers!

After talking and getting cked out by Dr Aldrich I was trying to recollect everything we discussed. I sat there for a while not realizing there would be no exit interview by the nurse. Before I left I asked the ladies in the front for some clarification on a 2 month check for some new medication the Dr had per scribed, I wasn't sure if it was in person or by phone. The staff did mention some Drs don't have their nurses do exit interviews, I think they are extremely helpful, just to make sure nothing is missed.

She sent a message to the pharmacy which was h helpful for me.

The staff at the front desk are the first people you see when you walk in; but they have the computers situated so that you don't see their faces. You can talk to them, but all I could see was the back of the computer. It was strictly transactional.

My visits and after labor care was extremely wonderful. The staff that was assigned to me was amazing, they made me and my family comfortable. I'm glad to have chosen a place for my birthing experience.
