Dr. Besliu is an outstanding physician. Prisma needs to do better to hold onto their PHYSICIANS.

I was very unhappy to learn that my Doctor, Dr. Besliu would be leaving Prisma. He has provided excellent care to manage my migraines!

I believe I thought that especially with the place as far as neurology goes, we're dealing with people who are having some neurological deficits. Particularly my case, it's difficult to recall things or as I put it, my mind is faster than my brain is. So typically it's hard to kind of explain what's going on, but it makes it much harder when the provider themselves doesn't remember the services that they referred you to or even checked the results of those. So I think maybe having a provider that pays attention to the medical history or even the services that they themselves focused on, especially for a follow-up, would be great.

No improvement needed. This was one of the kindest, most positive medical experiences I have ever had. The nerve study technician was wonderful. And Dr B was personable and explained things well. I was even laughing during the NCV and EMG.

Have a completely different human as a physician in this office- that would be a start. This man told me to "calm down and use my girl voice" because I spoke in my normal tone during migraine symptoms. This was the most degrading experience I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A PHYSICIAN. His BIASES towards WOMAN and DISABLED people ARE VERY CLEAR. This man makes me sick.

Nothing. I'm grateful to be able to see a physician. The word "provider" is confusing and misleading. My physician did a great job caring for me.

The receptionist wasn't able to schedule my follow up due to being unable to see something on her end and now I have to wait for a scheduler to call me.

Nothing. This staff is always amazing. They are friendly, caring and most important you don't hear them talking about other patients as some practices do.

I don't know, maybe have lots of communication a bit more clear and maybe take what the patient says himself for more face value, especially considering if the patient has been struggling with this issue for several years. I really appreciate my care given to me by Dr Besliu. He spends quality time with me, he asks me about how I'm feeling, and he is prompt with sending in my refills- nothing but great things to say about him and his office.

Please stop referring to the doctors as providers. It is confusing to patients, including me. Transparency in titles and who is treating me is important and would improve trust and respect directly.

The respect, wisdom, knowledge, and kindness shared by the neurologist and staff was outstanding and expanded the existing level of trust.

The doctor didn't pay attention to what I was telling him. He asked me if I had fallen, and I said one time. His report says occasionally. He asked me numerous questions about drinking, and his report said that I was an alcoholic, which should be corrected.

The wait was long which I understand happens from time to time. It would be nice if staff lets you know after waiting 15 minutes or so that you have not been forgotten.

a RN come in with the doctor that I really didn't feel comfortable with having there as I didn't feel that the doctor really could be himself with her there and I just didn't feel that he could really to see himself as he usually is with every visit. And that's why I've left the comments I have. So that's really what I would have to say about it.

In all honesty, there's nothing that I can recommend. My appointments are always scheduled in advance at a time convenient for me. The receptionist knows my name and is always pleasant. The nurse is efficient and Dr. Besliu is the best Neurologist I have ever had in dealing with chronic migraines.

Thought the staff was excellent. My only problem is the year long wait to get an appointment. Obviously, Prisma does not have enough neurological staff to decrease the lengthy wait. This is totally on the company pushing their staff too hard. The staff were informed, polite and apologetic for the lengthy wait. Not their fault. Prisma, this is on you!
