Everything was exceptional.

I had an annual physical. Is it reasonable to have the physical without any review of my complete body? I was fully dressed and the only thing Sara did was listen to my chest and feel my feet with my shoes on. Prior doctors always reviewed skin for moles and checked my abdomen. Was this common practice for annual physical. I had lab previous to the visit but she did not give her opinion on results except bone density. Not complaining, just asking if it is now the process.

I was seen by someone other then my usual PCP on an expedited basis for an ongoing issue that has me greatly depressed. The office manager was very kind and supportive and recognized I needed immediate care and had me seen by another doctor as my usual PCP was out of the office. I have had several issues in the past year that were difficult to diagnose, and required referrals. I strongly recommend that a better follow up procedure be practiced. I expect my PCP to be the quarterback for my care and follows up on the issue until the issue is resolved. I do not want to have to navigate a complicated medical system alone. I want a PCP that will plan the next steps with me.

Received an appointment less than 24 hours than requested. Had just been discharged from hospital with a number of tests which the caregiver had clearly reviewed. Could not be more satisfied and found it amazing.

Scheduling appmt on MyChart online wasn't as smooth as it should have been, and text reminders still had it wrong, but once at the appmt, all was terrific!

The nurse was a angel. She knew I was sick and she offered encouragement. I need to know what is wrong with me. I'm not certain that Sarah understands how important it is. I need help it's been months and I don't seem to have directions on what to do. I await my appointment with my neurologist. Weeks from now.
