Dr Parrick and his entire staff has given me and my family the best care we've ever had from any other doctors care. I would recommend Dr Parrick and crew to anyone

N/A! I used to manage ~400 physicians and mid levels and wish I could copy and paste Dr. Parrick 100 times over!!

It took 10 minutes standing in line to checkin my turn took maybe 30 seconds to just say I am here. I already said I was there in the app. There was 3 people in front of me. What a waste of time standing in line!!

Everything was very good. The doctor was very professional, very upbeat. He took care of all my concerns. The only thing is I understand that sometimes the conversations are being recorded. I just want to make sure that before recordings go between the patient and the doctor, just to have a little bit of acknowledgement. Hey, listen. By the way, just so you know that I'm going to record this call, it's for hospital purposes and the whole thing. So yeah, just heads up, but other than that, the doctor was very good and I'm very happy with the service. Thank you very much.

Doctors and staff are awesome.

The reception area is lacking. It will be 3 people at the desk and they all have their heads down. You almost have to almost have to lean over the counter to get someone to help you.

Any time I go to Prisma Health Fountain Inn they take good care of me. Dr. Parrick and his medical associates are Fantastic. I'm very grateful and appreciative.

I left with the same questions that I arrived with and now I have to pay another copay in order to be seen by a different doctor for the same reason because my doctor didn't address my concerns.

When you call the doctor, you never can get the doctor. You always have to leave a message and play Chinese telephone with some nurse. If there's some way that you can leave messages directly for the doctor, that way he can call you right back. And then your phone system, when you want to leave a message, it says, message can't be left within the general message box. So it's really confusing sometimes. Thank you.

That was addressed. A notice Reiterated the doctor's offer to contact him/ the office if there were any questions or concerns.

For me was a really good service and attention, happy to find a doctor that listen and answer all your questions.

I had my medical records from my previous health care provider. It would be nice if I could email it instead of printing it out. It's over 200 pages and me printing it out doesn't make sense.

One way support could have been improved was by consistently listening without judgment. Feeling truly heard-especially during vulnerable moments-would have deepened my trust and helped me feel respected throughout the care process. Dr.Parrick is the awesome!

I was very pleased with the doctor and his staff the environment, and everybody I dealt with. This is my first visit in the past. I've had a lot of problems with the doctors because I felt they were more concerned about their policies from the hospital and my health and my personal interest but this doctor seems to be for me. I appreciate that as time goes on I'll let you know more

No improvement necessary. I have always been treated well at this facility and any emails have been answered in a very timely manner. I hope I never have to change from this provider.

Support OBGYN at the fountain in office. I would like to have one doctor or one place to go instead of two different places to go.

The support, trust and Respect was already there. Provider answered all questions and offered good advice and information for future health benefits. Enjoyed talking with Dr. P He is the Doctor we've been looking for.

Yes, I just wanted to say that Dr. Parrick is a very good doctor. He always takes very good care of his patients and he knows his patients very well and he always goes above and beyond to make sure that his patient is taken care of fully while they are there. So thank you very much.

Great facility.

Attention to pain control. A simple phone call from one facility to the other was all it would take to allow a few days pain control. Instead nothing but suffering....

The doctor uses the voice recorder for the reporting and does a lot of talking. I feel he should talk less and listen more. Not a fan.
