I was sent to get lab work done across the hall. I waited for an hour and was not served. I had to leave without getting the bloodwork done because I had another appointment scheduled that I had to get to. Patients were not served in the order in which they signed it. This office is not considerate of patients' time and I feel.as though they are not operating efficiently. Someone need to look into how this office for the lab work is being managed because the service is very poor.

Everyone in the office always treats me very well and answers all my questions. It has always been very positive.

Sometimes when a concern is stated it would be nice if the concerns were not brushed off. My husband has had some swallowing issues and I asked if he could get a swallow test but that did not appear to be a concern to the Dr. not sure why.

Dr. Kneece is by far the best Doctor I ever had. He is patient, goes above and beyond, compassionate, he takes his profession seriously, and informative. The staff is always courteous. I do not have any complaints.
