Everything and people were vey professional . They all knew their jobs and was very respectful to all the patients. If you had questions, they were able to answer or found out the answer for you. I would prefer anyone who is looking for a doctor to come to Internal Medicine Associates .

Just you call me up and ask me questions. A lot of them don't even pertain to my appointment. This is a physical that's scheduled a year in advance or six months in advance. So some of your questions are very inappropriate that do not apply to why I was even there. I have no problem with Dr. Bayliss. I love Dr. Bayliss. You know, just revise your question because a lot of them are inappropriate. Thank you.

A nurse was training another nurse. I am chatty. I have Tbi and Asperger's and talking is not controlled. Anyway. The regular nurse was training a delightful new nurse. The older nurse was very " ok ok. Move on move on" feeling. Not acceptable. I have traumatic, ,multiple health issues. I expect my disabilities to be considered when talking to my doc and nurses. I asked Dr Bayliss straight up if he could tell me that I could count on him bc all of my specialists expect him to control most meds. I needed to know that he had a grasp and could back me up in an emergency He was clear he was and I was pleased and comforted knowing he is my internist now. I know I am a complicated to deal with patient. But I am jolly and I don't like to be dismissed by anyone. I don't usually stand up for myself. But today I have. It is inportant for people with brain difficulties be given consideration just like anyone else. Speaking slower. Eye contact bc I need it to communicate. The office is lovely and everyone was welcoming. It's just that the nurse who is supposed to set me up for the doc to come in barely made eye contact. Makes me definately want to see a different nurse during my next visit. Thst sounds harsh, but no matter how behind you are or overbooked etc, put the patient first. I come for help. I don't want to leave feeling worse about myself and my disabilities than when I came in. Not good. Thank you for your consideration. It is much appreciated.

Everyone was nice and cheerful. The restroom I used was very clean. Dr. Bayliss's nurse who usually isn't friendly just professional, was very friendly on this visit. I felt good about going there. I can't think of anything that would have made the visit better.

Over and over again I will have certain symptoms that my doctor I know he's hearing me but he's not really listening to me I don't think. He will try to provide ideas or methods of treatment but it's never what I've tried to explain to him

Do you ever wonder if you put off patients by assuming they would docily accept being treated wrongly? I have never encountered a doctor or nurse at Prisma that showed any negative bias toward me. I congratulate you on your practitioner's levels of skill. Now reduce the lengthy pre-visit online forms and you will make the experience even better.
