Hello, I'm very happy with Dr. Patel and her staff, but I did mention to them about when they send the reminder that if you have to do blood work to remind you that you have to fast and they did, I did talk to them about it and they did put it on my chart and on the paper. So, but I just wanted to mention that. Okay, that's it. Thank you.

I had no concerns about anything during this visit.

I'm fairly new and still getting use to this facility. There is an effort here to treat people with respect and I appreciate that. However the nurses/receptionists in the back sitting behind the long desk are not friendly. Overall I am satisfied with my doctor and her care and that's what matters the most.

Only one thing happened during this visit. I was supposed to get my eyes checked, but they couldn't do it because the machine was not charged and had not given me another time or date to have it done.

All was fine with me.

Absolutely nothing. My visit with Dr. Patel has been the first time in 15 years that I felt seen and heard. She listened patiently as I explained what had transpired, both medically and personally, to me in the past 25 years. She made immediate decisions, and followed through before the end of the day. This has never happened. I feel my health and well-being has finally been placed in capable hands. This was my first visit, and I have moved my Primary Care into her capable hands.

The prescription was not called in on the day of the appointment. It was three days later before we actually got the prescription called in. Was not satisfied with that part of the service.

Good first impression. Came to my appointment with major health issues and left with a treatment plan. I have confindnce in my new care team that together we can get my health on the right track. I will recommend others if this level of care continues.

Listen! Take seriously our questions!!! Quit trying to rush out. We sit in the room. 20 minutes more and get 7 minuted or less and get dismissive answers.Pay attention to our concerns!!!! Losing confidence in the doctors ability and care concern

Dr. Rita Patel is top notch, she has a wonderful bed side manner and is truly present during every appointment I have with her.

If the provider would have taken some time to talk to me it would have been nice. She acted like she already knew everything from my record. Did not give any education and when I asked a question, she gave me a pat answer and did not listen to my concern. I was honestly very discouraged in our healthcare system and I regret establishing care with her.

The receptionist could have told us which door they would be calling us from, then we could have sat close to it. I walk with a cane and important for me to walk shortest distance.

There's nothing else they need to do. I truly enjoy every visit to Dr Patel's office because she & the rest of the staff are always wonderful. They show so much more care, concern, and compassion than I've ever experienced with any other doctors I've been to... and trust me, I've been to A LOT of them. They all make you feel like you've got friends & family taking care of you. They're the best!

I had a rash on my arm and I felt like the doctor was rushed. She just looked at it and said, oh, it's fine. There's nothing wrong with it. I didn't feel like she really took a good look at it.

to be able to call the office if you have just a simple question as in can I drink Coke zero before I have blood test if I am supposed to fast instead of having to leave a message and wait three hours before somebody calls you back. You really should be able to pick up the phone and speak to a nurse

Had the TV on in the waiting area . . . Almost fell asleep waiting for my appointment time to roll around.

My nebulizer quit working and I've been trying to get one for a year or more from them and the provider says that they don't send in enough information for me to get a nebulizer and I really need one. I think they've sent it in five or six times, something like that, and I still haven't got one. I wish they would fill the papers out so I can get one for Medicare. Thank you.

The nurse seemed in a hurry to get my vitals and asked if I had any concerns. After I asked her to take my blood pressure again she did. Hurrying to a room and then taking my blood pressure caused a false reading. The second reading was in line with my blood pressure.

This is easy. The staff and Dr. Patel were excellent. I felt like it was the most thorough examination I have ever had and that did not include lab work. Everyone seemed to be highly skilled and I feel like with Dr. Patel, my health matters. Thank you Dr. Patel.

This is my first visit with my new doctor, and I couldn't be happier very thorough and the place was spotless

It would have been better if the provider will interrogate the over all medical condition of the patient. To my understanding, the provider will hold me for only about 5-8 minutes. It's not worth with what I paid for.

I wasn't given any medicine to help me with my acid reflux or nausea I have from my dialysis. Very upset,I don't know whether my nephrologist will give me anything either.

I trust my doctor 100%. This office has the nicest personal as well. No changes need to be made!
