I can't think of anything really. The doctor didn't think it was thyroid related - the issue. The doctor told us to go to his regular provider and see. I guess it would have been helpful if this doctor knew what might have been the problem but again she knew it was not the thyroid. In fact the blood levels show his thyroid is in normal levels so she is right. Now we are wondering what is wrong.

Nothing more everyone was nice and very professional, I like my doctor and her staff already.

I have been having symptoms that adversely impact the quality of my life for months, and Dr. Mikkilineni did not seem interested in helping me figure out what's causing them. She did not seem interested in anything except my cortisol number, and even that she was inclined to explain away as a side effect of birth control. I felt dismissed.

There is none, I was given the best of professional care. I am well please.

I can't think of anything that would help improve. The entire staff did an amazing job at making me feel welcome, comfortable and knowledgeable about everything that was happening. Dr. Pushyami Mikkilineni made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything, and gave wonderful advice as well.

I am very pleased with the care that I'm getting. There is nothing that I can think of to improve.

Overall my appointment went well, keep up the good work thank you.

When the nurse took my blood pressure the cuff hurt so bad I hardly could stand it. Afterwards my arm was red and sore for a couple of hours. I have "white coat pressure" anyway, but I'm sure the pain of that cuff caused my pressure to spike as well. I told her I never ever had a cuff to hurt like that and she said "I'm sorry."

No one answer the phone when patient calls needing help. They don't return phone calls on answering service either. For three months. I even talked to someone when she rescheduled my appointment and I still didn't get a return call . Tried faxing through message service no return call either. This is an ongoing problem because you can find complaints about this practice online about the same thing.

The description for this visit was neurology. When I got to the appointment, it was actually for diabetes. There has to be another label for diabetic specialist, not neurology. I was totally confused when I got in there and didn't understand why she was saying the things she was saying. Eventually, it got clear, but still, Not what I had thought about all the time and waiting for the appointment and then not being side swiped with all the things that she asked that I didn't have any full answers to because I wasn't prepared. That was not a good thing.

If blood work is involved may be have the patient take it prior to the office visit.

I have nothing but praise for this doctor and her associates. Top notch Healthcare. I highly recommend this office.

Just continue to hire Staff that really care about the Patients health needs.
