Everybody was great. The doctor the nurses the whole chain was good. We really thank a lot about our Doctor. He helped us in every way that we needed help. He provided it. He's a good doctor.

There's no way they could have done any better than they did. They're professional, calm, courteous, knowledgeable. So it was absolutely wonderful. Way ahead. I give them a 10 plus. And that's it.

I appreciated the doctor giving me all the facts. No one at the hospital never mentioned that I had a brain aneurysm until the doctor told me. I was in hospital about a month. I was shocked, especially the fact that it was larger enough to be referred to Neuro Surgeon. Dr Kodumuri was the best doctor that I have experienced in the Prisma network.

The doctors threw me into a seizure because of the medication in preparing me for a revised knee replacement. I need to be compensated for the misery, emotionally distressed, could not drive for six months, the inconvenience. Please reply to all of the above.

Nothing. My visit was exceptionally great!
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/21/2026
I felt like I was rushed in and out of the appointment. I felt that I wasn't listened to.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/19/2026
The only thing I am not satisfied with is how difficult it is to reach someone on the appointment line. It always goes to voicemail. Then the message I receive on the voicemail is that your office only wants me to leave one message. This is after changing my appointment two days before I had the appointment. I have my chart but I am not checking the My chart every day. You need more people to respond to phone calls promptly especially for appointments. This is a Prisma higher management problem that needs to be addressed. Waiting for answers on my chart does not fix the problem. Your customer service people need to answer the phone and leave messages when they call so that I can respond to the call. It is very unprofessional not to do so. This actually happens in all your Prisma departments not just Neurology. Otherwise things with the Doctor are fine.

Yes, when I reached the hospital, the staff there didn't seem to know where I was supposed to go. They had us 30 minutes late, getting to the place where I had to be. And that really just, I had to do a lot of walking, but luckily somebody that worked there, I think she was either a nurse or nurse's aide or somebody in the medical field that worked there. She took, she was already off the clock, but she took time out of her day to make sure that she helped us get to the right place so I could get weighted out. Thank you.

This Dr. Had a bad bedside manner. He asked why we were there and what did we want form him. First of all, we were referred there/by an orthopedic Dr. with no explanation of why. Your Dr. didn't pick up on this very well. He said there was nothing he could do to help our son. Very cold and uncaring.

The visit went well. There was a 4 month wait to see a neurologist. Apparently there are delays with processing referrals & the team wasn't able to locate my VA regerral
