Labs - no problem. All went well

I am very thankful to have found a Dr who listens, is prepared, explains and cares.

Should have been advised this appointment needed blood lab work requiring fasting. Labs drawn in house anyway, w o fasting, had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes after as the report wasn't given to dr.

I was treated well and Dr. Abramovich and her assistant were pleasant, insightful and professional.

I have no suggestions. I left Prisma for a year, on because my insurance wasn't accepted during that time. I love Dr Abramovich, she was my late husband's PCP, after I left and came back I was able to become her patient. She is easy to talk to, very helpful with suggestions on how to better my health, very knowledgeable along with being a nice person. She tried her best to guide my hardheaded husband, he loved her and he had never liked a doctor before in our 50 years together.

Bathroom in waiting room has not had seat covers available the last two times I have had an appointment. In a facility that treats sick people I expect seat covers in restroom.

For me there's no improvement need there are some awesome caring loving staff members, all these years of waiting for the care the kindness, and the explaining to where l can understand and having the patience to listen, means so much Dr A cares about u as a person, l pray she out last me , she is so awesome, and the Atmosphere in the office is so welcoming, the young lady who check me in her smile and caring attitude made me forget why l was there, so was the young man who got me ready for Dr A so grateful for all of them, thank God for each of them??

Nothing. Great office and outstanding physician!! Dr A goes above and beyond to be able to treat the whole person ,rather than just the problem at hand.

My only complaint is the restroom in the waiting area was dirty. The commode had what looked like blood on the seat. There were no covers for seat.

Providing more explanation when test results are reported as "abnormal" in My Chart. Level of communication provided in those cases feels dismissive at times.
