He earned $700 in an appointment less than 5 minutes; I was disappointed at this appointment because I was expecting to have something for my pain and seems like he didn't care ; I know you won't pay attention to my complaint but I just say what I needed to say

care has been top notch. I cannot think of any way it could be improved. The service and overall treatment at Prisma has been excellent. My entire family who was there throughout my hospitalization agree. Other hospitals should model themselves after you.

When I put questions to the nurse over the phone or the portal, I was told to go to YouTube to find the answers! That is a terribly unprofessional answer and fourth graders are taught. They are not allowed to get information off of the Internet to write reports. Why are your people allowed to do that?

This is a very professional office with outstanding service.

None, but I really appreciated being told that it would be 15-20 minutes to wait in exam room for Dr Lynn to arrive. That's much better than having no idea how long the wait might be.

I don't think MD has full knowledges about my condition he just let it be and did get to know about my condition through MRI , I still don't know what he want more ? Over all I was disappointed I have visited MD for many many years but I did not get more solution to my neck pain , I will not recommend to no one for my type of conditions I think he need more experience about this complex condition , in end he said you live with it for it

Maybe a phone call to check up on patient to check on progress considering such an event with the anesthesia. But very satisfied.

The Doctor came in and shook my hand. He had the MRI results and I assumed he had read them because he said they were basically the same as my 2022 MRI. Then he started typing and the conversation basically stopped. I don't know what the issue is with my neck since it has gotten worse. He told me to go back to Pain Management and get injections. No explanation about what was going on or why I was having these new issues or pain. I assume it's to be resolved by Pain Management. So why did I waste my time with this neck surgeon? Because that is what it was. A waste of my time.

Definitely the most negative experience I have had with a Prisma Health doctor during the last six years. I waited 90 minutes for my appointment with Dr. Lynn... I specifically told him that I was interested in the MRI images which he did not show me and did not even attempt to turn the screen toward me so that I could view them. He did not explain where the cysts were or the size of them: which is why I was at this visit in the first place. I have had very positive experiences with all of the other Prisma Health providers over these past several years... Except for this doctor, which I will definitely be looking to change to a different neurologist-spine provider.
