All aspects of the visit were reassuring

Better staffing at check out. I was checking out at lunchtime when most of the staff was gone. Check out seemed slow and it was difficult to schedule an appointment at a time that works for me.

We should have been notified of office relocation.

The provider did not seem to know my history. He told me to take medicine that I should not take because of a previous medical condition. He also referenced scans before my diagnosis to claim I was misdiagnosed.

The biggest problem I had was getting callbacks when I tried to schedule an appointment. My PCP had done a referral and she got no response and this goes back a year. And then finally, I kept calling and calling and it took a week before I was finally able to get someone to return my call and that is a problem that they need to address.

Very satisfied how visit went.

No real critiques. I didn't realize appointments were only 15-minute intervals. Perhaps they could extend that. In our specific case, 15 minutes was fine, but Dr. Mareska is excellent. And I appreciate his openness and frankness. So once again, he's an excellent, excellent doctor. Thank you.

I cannot think any way how Mike and his staff could improve the level trust or respect he gave to me. Further, I am convinced there is nothing special in my case. Therefore, I am convinced he treats all of his patients with the upmost respect and trust!

I called three times in the course of two weeks in early January trying to get an earlier appointment or get on a waiting list. No one had the courtesy to even call me back. As a result we had to wait more than a month after a hospitalization to see our doctor.

No, I trust my doctor, but he offered a referral and that's what I want. Thank you.

After two months of unreturned phone calls I had to stop in to the office to make an appt.

I cannot offer any suggestions for improvement from Dr. Mareska or members of his staff. They are pleasant and helpful from the receptionist to the nurse taking my blood pressure and verifying my medications & any changes in my history to Dr. Mareska himself. He asks about my symptoms, does a neurological check, ensures my prescription meds are helping with my situation and that I have ample refills on my meds. We discuss treatment plans for the next 6 months and makes sure I know to call or send a message through the portal should I have any concerns or questions. He has helped me tremendously with my trugeminal neuralgia.He is extremely kind and patient.

I felt totally comfortable with my doctor that I will hopefully have a continued great patient Doctor relationship

The doctor was very kind and let me know what he was doing so that I was aware of what to expect. The results of my test will be sent to my Primary Health Provider, so Dr. Mareska and I did not need to discuss my medical history. I was very pleased with everything during my visit.

There is no more you all could do. The Dr. Was very pleasant and definitely had beside manner, im so appreciated of that. Just wanted to say thanks to the receptionist, Nurse and the Dr.for such good manners.

Not have me waiting 45 minutes in the exam room for the Dr.

Dr. Mareska always treats me with utmost respect. He has been working with me for about 6 years to create a plan that has helped reduce my migraine headaches significantly.

There seems to be no good way to send a question or get a message to the doctor. I try MyChart, I leave messages. The only way I seem to ever get a response is to bring a letter to the office- a letter!!!! Ridiculous. For instance, I am awaiting an answer to a question that i submitted via MyChart on November 17.

Could have used more time to consult with doctor.

This was a scheduled follow-up. There were no adverse impressions. Very satisfied.

Notification that the office had moved would have made getting to the app much easier. The door into suite 7A needs to have an auto open. It's quite a task to open the door and manage a wheel chair!

Depression and other difficulties require a special kind of attention. Nurses do somewhat, but staff there never has. I continue to go there solely because of Dr. Mareska. Have total confidence in him. Recently had a problem with prescription refills and no returned calls. I believe all is well, but just don't have confidence in staff's explanations (blaming MyChart). Maybe true, but for years with problems with office communication and actions, it's hard to believe anything they say. I feel like just another customer coming through the drive-thru window. Checkout and schedule girl was a pleasure. I know the nurses get overwhelmed and have to handle patients in a helpful, pleasant, and caring way. Having worked in customer service, I understand good/bad days etc. , but I could never imagine the amount of pressure and patience nurses endure. I have the utmost respect for every one of them, in any setting (doctor visits, hospital stays, special care needs, etc. ) Just saying that the genuine attention and care given by staff at our Internist office and even our dentist, gives a welcomed, positive atmosphere. Have never felt this way here. We thoroughly enjoy Dr. Mareska's positivity and professional manner, and his caring way of listening to my awkward questions, he treats me with the most respect and a very comforting sense of humor. Thank you sir for your genuine, sincere, honest, and thoughtful demeanor and care.

The office had changed location since my prior visit and I had difficulty locating the new location because I am unfamiliar with the new location. This made me late for my appointment time and when I first finally arrived, I was told that I would have to reschedule and was given another appointment time BUT a different decision was finally made and I was worked into the schedule instead of having to return about a month later. This juggling of schedule was much appreciated!!

Both the doctor and the nurse that checked me in and the doctor that did my EMG test, they were really very wonderful and supportive in answering questions and making me feel comfortable and welcome. So I really appreciated my visit the other day. I would not have any suggestions for improvement from the visit this time. First, I must call for instruction, and you will do well to remember your places.

I can't say right off the bat but I was happy ?

I just want to say Dr. Mareska is an excellent physician. I've been with him, my husband and I have been with him for the last 10 years plus, and he is very causal, very professional, and we can ask him any questions that we have, and he listens. He's a very good listener, and he is very, professional in his answers and everything. We have really appreciated his services through the years. The only problem I've had is that now since he's with Prisma Health, it is hard to get feedback to him as I should or ask a question because he answers the question, but the people in the office never get back with you to let you know that he has done the paperwork that you requested.

Getting an appointment was a challenge. Waited over 4 months from start. Leaving a message for someone to call back but it never happened. I loved the doctor when I finally got to see him. Hopefully the follow up treatment won't be as bad. I M crossing my fingers!!

The staff and provider were excellent in rendering the best care possible throughout my time there. Pleased in my care and would definitely tell others how excellent they are.

The only complaint I have is that it took several months to get an appointment. Other than that, everything else was great.

It is very difficult to get somebody yo answer the phone.

The doctor recommended a nerve conduction study but when I checked out it was scheduled 6 months later. I expected it to be sooner. I used mychart to contact the doctor that day and ask why but have not heard back from him.

I have been to a lot of doctors lately and I was dreading this appointment. This doctor was amazing. He listened to me. He gave me several options to think about. I have told several family members and friends what a wonderful experience it was going to this doctor!

The sitting area had a loud smell of smoke. Suggest a nice fragrance for this area. Perhaps, a tv would be helpful at least if not regular tv,maybe updated information in medical field. Somewhat, real bland sitting area. Please,consider this idea. Too bland!

I can't think of anything that could have been done better. The nurse who took my blood pressure and drew blood were both very personable and professional. Dr. Mareska has been taking care of me since 2017 and he listens attentively and makes sure I have a good understanding of his recommended treatment.

Everything was extremely good. Like the new office space!

If an abnormal lab was noted by the provider should he tell you how to follow up.

I wish MyChart with Prisma had the doctors note that he writes down during your visit. I like this Neurologist very much!

Keep up with referrals better. An appointment was not scheduled until I called to make it. I did not hear anything from the office at all.

Dr. Mareska does the best he can with 15 minutes. I did not feel we left any unanswered questions but we also know he is on a tight schedule working for a large corporation and we need to keep it brief.
