The ultrasound tech was extremely callus when she told us our baby didn't have a heartbeat. No empathy or sympathy whatsoever.

There wasn't really an option for this, so it doesn't really follow in line with the respect or support, but I would say like just the cleanliness of the bathrooms or kind of getting a little bit more noticeable of lack of when I go in to collect my urine sample. So maybe offering like more frequent bathroom cleanings because I know like as pregnant women it's really hard to you know get everything and not make a mess and this that and the other but I think that is the only quote unquote complaint I would have would be just more bathroom upkeep but other than that fantastic staff fantastic you know speed time in time out can't say good enough things so thank you.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. My visit was wonderful and the care was exceptional. The only thing I can think of is as a self-employed and therefore self-pay without insurance. I appreciate the discount offered, but the bill is still quite steep for someone who is self-employed. So any way you could financially work with people who do not have a large health insurance plan would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again and appreciate the opportunity to let you all know my thoughts.

The check out process felt a little rushed/disorganized, and I was ushered back to check in to check out. And it just felt awkward. The team wasn't able to take my co-pay payment that day, and I was meant to get a bill in my MyChart, but I haven't received that yet. So a little concerning.

Feeling like there was better care continuity between OB and MFM

I felt like the care that I received was superb. I realized when I got home that I don't even remember some of the very uncomfortable moments because of how comfortable I was with the staff there and they were making me laugh. It was a great experience.

Taking my blood pressure more than once. I get anxious and my blood pressure reads high the first time but it wasn't taken again to get a more accurate reading like it usually is.
